Bucks Bar — Restaurant in Corinth

Bucks Bbq & Burgers has the WORST customer service I’ve ever had! I love their food but the way they treat their own customers is mind blowing. This is not the 1st time I’ve had an issue like this but this is the straw that broke the camels back. I placed a doordash order tonight & my dasher arrived 6 mins later to be told another “black male” picked up my order. So either they are lying bc the doordasher assigned to me was there within 6 min of the order placed or someone came in & took my food posing as a doordasher. Each resturant is supposed to check the doordasher’s phone before they hand over the food per doordash policy & they admitted they did not do that. They refused to remake my food or refund me. They told me to contact doordash for a refund & reorder I told them bc it was after hours now I couldn’t replace my order and they HUNG UP ON ME & refused to answer call backs. They have messed up my order before (giving me the completely wrong meal) & when I called back to let them know they basically treated me like I was trying to get free food. Also they have forgot items off my order & refused to replace them & told me doordash would refund me (which they always do but they shouldn’t keep having to eat the cost of their mess ups). My brother recommended Bucks Bar. When you enter, there's a bar area to your left and table seating to the right. I was alone (and the table seating side was empty) so I sat at the bar. It's a bar, but not a sketchy bar. It might get sketchy later in the day, I don't know. There was some local color. By that I mean people getting drunk at noon! (It was Saturday, and it was game day.) The bartender was great. It was too early in the day for me to be drinking, so I don't know if she was good. I had a Buck's burger. It was huge. And it was nicely done. And well done too! I like my burgers a little pink on the inside. This was not. I didn't think to ask if they'll cook it the way you like it. The fries were very good. The portions were very generous. I'm a 215 lb guy, and it was really too much for me. (I've been eating light recently). It didn't make the walk home any easier either. I was born and raised in Corinth, I have seen many restaurants come and go. Good food bad service, bad food good service. I believe Corinth finally got the best of both! I have dinned her twice and everything was excellent. From the delicious ribs to a simple hamburger and all the sides. The portions for the price are spot on. And the flavors, well that can not be described in simple text. Delicious and a must for you to taste! Parking is at a premium given the location ( I believe Corinth should give this business any location they want) so get there early! The employees are very on top of everything, service is at the top of there priorities and we all know how very rare that is these days. Everyone is treated with the greatest respect, and you feel welcomed here.
