Would give 0 stars if possible. Bought 3 tickets for Mean Girls musical months in advance. When the dates got pushed back with only one week notice, we were unable to rearrange our schedules to attend the musical on such short notice. Made multiple attempts to contact via email, phone, and in person requesting a refund and have still yet to receive a single response regarding this situation. Not honoring a refund under the circumstances feels the same as if the money was stolen from me. I do not recommend buying tickets in advance.
