Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Corinth

I went to order and was told by diana(may be wrong spelling) I could not add add toppings to a calzone that they come pre-prepared when it says plainly on the menu you can make your own and add any toppings. She argued and I just nicely left. I called back and got a person named Cody. Who while taking my order was very pleasant. I ordered a calzone with no cheese due to me being allergic to dairy. No I didn't specifically tell him I was allergic...I had already confirmed that I could have it without cheese on their website. I got home and they had put cheese all over the top. I called back and spoke with Cody (somewhat manager???) I told him the issue and ask if I could get another one made for me at another time since I was already home. He stated his employees did nothing wrong and he refused to make it right. He stated when I said no cheese...that was only for the inside of the calzone that didn't mean on the outside. Ow how crazy is that...So to sum this up this story has poor quality of employees and management! Absolutely no...

Ordered a pizza with white sauce, it got no sauce. We call up there, guy gets an attitude with us. Says he made it, and that the sauce had something to do with how he missed the spinach and that the cheese is the problem. Yeah because that makes sense... So I literally pulled the cheese off, and can wipe my finger on the bread. No sauce AT ALL. So dude just lied to me. I guess we ordered at a time they already decided to break down, and that makes us an annoyance. Horrible service, food is WRONG, and this is all I can do about it. Thanks Marcos for no sauce, and an attitude. Here are pictures and video proof. As you can see, I wipe my finger on the pizza crust and there is nothing but bread. It'd be one thing to mess up and admit, or at least show any sort of customer service skills, but just straight lying about it.......

Most people just drop in and pick up a pizza. My family and I like to sit inside, two table settings and 4 chairs in each, perfect for a family of four. Not a particular dine-in place, but the staff is ever so friendly. Every time we've gone to visit has been great. I love that it's small and comfy. But the pizza is another story. We've come here four times already because the pizza is absolutely delicious 😋. Feels like they make it with love. The cheese is melting off the pizza. Parmesan crusted, and loaded with toppings. They are not stingy with toppings! It is certainly a different pizza than the norm....
