For as much as food costs these days, it should not be difficult to get an online order correct. Never have an issue during the weekday. Weekends seem to be a problem for this location, but this visit was my absolute worst experience. I ordered with ample time to have the food prepared and ready. I was handed a large bag that felt rather light and 2 drinks not marked on what they were. I decided to look before I left the driveway and glad I did. I ordered 2 full meals and only had 2 waffle fries in the bag (also i did not order waffle fries). I had to go inside where the lady in charge of the drive thru was less than pleasant. No apologies, no discussion of the issue, zero communication! Two others did communicate with me although very little. New food was made. However, I should have opened my sandwiches before I left because one was made absolutely incorrectly and both were smashed together as if on purpose. Asked for no cheese and no onion but extra pickle. I received no pickles, onion and cheese. I'm allergic to dairy. I did not go back because it just wasn't worth dealing with them again. I attempted to reconnect, but the line remained unanswered. After several attempts, I was again disconnected. Despite my growing frustration, I attributed this incident to a potential employee error. Consequently, I visited the store in person and requested to speak with a manager. After explaining the situation, her response was dismissive, stating, “You are here now. What is your question?” She displayed a lack of professionalism. I further requested to speak with the general manager, but she refused to provide me with their contact information. Read moreI'm never going back to this location. I pulled into the drive through with only 5 cars in front of me and it took a total of just under 25 minutes. I probably sat at the intercom for 5 minutes before an employee said anything to me. No greeting, no one telling they'd be with me in a minute, just silence. I feel bad for even saying it but the woman who was working drive through spoke such broken English I had to repeat the order over and over. This was also frustrating because their high tech digital menu board was constantly changing so I couldn't even look at the menu to confirm with her what I was ordering.
