Well I don’t really review many fast food places but I will make an exception. I order via the drive through. I order “x1 beef chalupa w/ x1 soft beef taco”, then I order a #6 (x2 chicken chalupas w/ x1 crunchy taco). I say “…and a #6 with also beef chalupas instead of chicken and a soft taco instead of crunchy”. Well they repeated back “ok #6 chalupas beef with soft taco not crunchy” I say yes then grab my order and then drive home (first mistake but I’m trusting). I drive back because I got chicken. The girl acts all attitudish and said (mumbles) that she repeated chicken back to me and the whole order and I said that she didn’t say chicken. And I can confidently say this because I 100% order this every time I come to Taco Bell. Well she says nothing and just walks away to show my receipt to the employees that are making the orders and she says to them that she repeated my whole order back to me. The employee then hands me my correct order and I say thank you to him and I leave my old order there. Ultimately this isn’t the worst experience I’ve had here or other fast food places. But this experience just reminded me of why I rarely order Taco Bell. It’s overpriced now and the service is subpar to put it nicely. I will stick to my usual now and drive the extra 10 minutes to Chick-fil-A which is better food, healthier, about the same price, and MUCH better service (even when mixups happen). I have definitely made mistakes when ordering, and I own up to those. I wasn’t a jerk or anything, but I know when someone repeats an order to me in full and it simply didn’t happen so no I’m not going to go along with your attitude/ delusions especially when my passenger heard the same thing I did. 🤷🏻♂️ Good luck Taco Bell, mistakes happen but there’s no need...
Read moreThis is the best Taco Bell by far in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area. I have stopped at this location a couple times whether I was coming back from the beach or went out to Walmart to do some shopping and every single time I go here the food is fresh and it is the correct portions it's nice and hot and the service is always amazing. I used to work for a Taco Bell I know exactly how the food is made how long it takes to make it how much of it you're supposed to get and trust me this place is by far the best Taco Bell I've had in years that includes better than Taco Bells in other states. One of these days I'm going to reach out to their corporate office and let them know how amazing this location is because I've tried a bunch of other Taco Bells in the area and trust me when I say I will never go to those other locations again because either time after time the food is wrong cold lacking the correct portions or their service sucks. I live all the way up by Sunset Highway and 185th and I would be willing to drive to Forest Grove the next time I get a craving...

This location has become hit and miss.
There is a disconnect between the front, the drive thru, and the back of the house. Orders will be completed out or order and walk ins are sometimes left waiting.
There are no sauce substitutions. If you don't want sour cream or the creamy chipotle on something and request something else you won't get it. Multiple times over the last 6 months I've received my order without any sauce, or something that makes me sick(sour cream).
Menu item modifications, removals, additions, or other changes are usually ignored and the normal menu item with no modifications is served instead.
For example, if you order a burrito with extra rice and no sour cream. You will be charged for the extra rice and it will still come with sour cream.
I have stopped eating at this location completely and, when I have time during lunch, drive to another location in North Plains that correctly makes the order every time.
I'll check back in a few months to see if anything...
