Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Corona

Often overlooked, and rarely understood in the fast food industry is “Food Presentation” ie, the way the food is made, and presented to you. For a fast food burger, this queso crunch burger was everything you’d expect in a delicious meal. Both patties were HOT, as in fresh off the skillet. The presentation of the cheese and ingredients on top was impeccable. Well placed and thought out by whomever crafted my order. The lady at the window was beyond friendly, attentive, and hyper aware of her position and she carried herself with pride and dignity which again, almost never happens within the fast food industry.

As a traveler and regular on the “go out to eat scene” I absolutely applaud this specific location as they seem to actually care.

Wonderful, pleasant, quick, and the fries and burger were both still hot after arriving to my destination.

Yesterday I was going to visit my mom in Irvine and we stopped by this Carl's to get food for my family so they could eat on the way. we asked for ketchup and when we left and got on the freeway my wife said there were no straws, no napkins , and no ketchup I called back and they said that by California law they do not give straws or any condiments unless asked for. Instead of apologizing they got defensive. I was an old lady that gave us the food and did not even care. I said i wanted my money back but i would not be back till night the server said as long as you bring back the food we will give you your money back, but i got home at 3 am so i just did not bring it back. I do not...

So we had to do an emergency restroom stop otw to Disneyland and the associate (I am so sorry, I never got her name v.v) read out situation and gave us the restroom code without us even needing to ask. I know that sounds silly but after battling traffic not having to worry about a code was great!

The service was great and so was the food. We had the onion rings and fried zucchini. They were so good, we forgot to take pics. But again, its rare to see an associate who can read a situation and I am grateful for her. Definitely would recommend this Carl's...
