As a really big fan of Subway, i am a bit disappointed with this locations service. I was staying across the way on a get away trip, I ordered late night, online, just before closing. My confirmation said it would be ready at 9:50. My bf and I were watching his favorite show so i told him to go ahead and go back to the show and I would walk back we were across the way at the Ayres, not too far. I get out, he takes off, I m knocking to pick it up and the two workers look up and shake their fingers at me in a "No" motion. Refusing to hear what I had to say. At this point I am being approached by people asking what was wrong and I feel humiliated that the workers would just ignore me like that. So I walk to the Hotel, grab my phone and call. No answer. Says the workers wwre busy. I check to see If maybe I had placed it at the wrong location this was not the case. I wait and wait. They get ready to clock out. The young man rushes to the door and says very inconsiderately "were not open anymore!" Before he closes door on my face I chime in amd let him know that i had that i ordered online, he looks suprised, drags his self to the back after an eye roll and grunt of frustratiin with me(must have had a long day?) He grabs the food reaches out the door to hand me the food, And i go on my way. I am just so relieved to finally get the food, i forget about the2 bags of chips and two sodas that i paid for, and didnt relaize they were missing till I got back to eat with my hunny. .. the sandwiches were NOT how we had ordered them what so ever We ordered double meat double cheese, they were skimpy and DRY. No mayo no sauce whatsoever!!! Nothing was how we expected it to be from this subway. Just a really big bummer for me. And to top it off, now every time ive tried to call to speak with someone I get no answer!...
Read more2/13/22 Never again will I step foot into a subway. It's the 3nd time in my experience with subway that I order something on the app and I can't cancel the order after submitting. Be it mistakenly ordering at the wrong location or in this instance ordering breakfast and the location doesn't serve breakfast. So I can't cancel it and can't get my money back. On top of the using 14$ rewards. I am out of luck. Subway are crooks. To there employees and costumers.
I've always hated this location of subway. My favorite has been the one on Ontario next to chipotle. But they never get my order right. Order before this occasion they didn't toast my online order and that's a huge pet peeve of mine. This time I wanted to call and make sure it was done but after 5 phone calls no one ever answered for 10 mins. I pulled in while still on the phone and found 2 guys just standing around. Read moreOkay, I normally don’t leave reviews and I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but this is the 3x I’ve ordered from this location and the ingredients are STALE, especially the bread. I ended up re-ordering the same BLT sandwich from Eastvale’s location instead and the photos are down below for your comparison. Normally I wouldn’t say anything, but if you are using old ingredients people can get sick and also these are paying customers who deserve a fresh meal. From reviews prior to mine, I would say I am not the only one with this complaint. So, this is my way of advising others to order from Eastvale’s location. The prices, even after delivery ended up being the exact same fee. Left is Eastvale location....
