Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Corona

Omg Chipotle sucks big time! Employees @ this location are so unfriendly and have no clue what customer service is. Came in wasn't greeted not a smile or friendly face anywhere. Every Employee had a I ate Sh!t for breakfast ki da look on their faces. I mean seriously how hard is it to smile and say welcome.

This was my 1st and last visit! I got one burrito de carnitas and one burrito de asada. Both were nasty AF the meat was awful and they are skimpy on the meat as well. Pretty much paid for bean and rice burritos... Nothing special here at all. This place is for people who like white washed burritos. Nothing authentic about this place.

So if your craving some Mexican food I would advise you to go somewhere else. This place...

The seating in this place is just the most odd. It is designed for families of four. If you have a large family you have to take up two tables.

I went at an odd time, It was a few hours after lunch. The meats and the peppers looked pretty old. I was going to get some queso but it looked really suspicious.

I did sign up for their online app and when you buy things you can also earn points. I've come about four times and I have about 800 points, yesterday I used 350 points to get free chips.

They used to have a quesadilla and they would take the tortilla from the burrito, But now they won't...

Ive literally never had a more positive experience at a chipolte… or any fast food chain in my life. I am new to america and never ate chipolte before. The staff greeted me and was extremely helpful. Xavier did a wonderful job accommodating my requests, and Brianna was super friendly and helpful. Store was VERY clean, and staff was incredibly caring. Management definitely trained them well. Shoutout to Brianna and Xavier, as well as this store for being so professional. Will DEFINITELY come...
