Worst customer service ever--TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NO ITEM/STOLE FROM ME. I made a coffee order on my mobile app. Something I have done many times before without difficulty. When I went to pick up my order, Jessica, the person at the drive through window was laughing and joking with her colleagues. When she went to hand me the coffee, I said it was suppose to be iced. She replied, "the sticker says hot" in a very flippant voice. I replied that I wanted iced. She again, now more agitated, said, "the sticker says hot". At this point I said I do not want it and she said fine and walked away from the window. I said, you know what, I need a refund or an iced drink, and agin, she now more aggistated, said "ma'am, the sticker says hot". I drove away and as I thought about it, I decided to call the store. The voice that answered was hers and I confirmed she was the person I just encountered at the drive through. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said sure.....then came back after a few minutes of chatter with her colleagues and said, "Actually I am the manager". I asked if it is the policy to take money from customers without a item recieved and she again told me about the "sticker". But it gets better, she went on to tell me that I needed to learn to use and review my orders as I obviouly do not know how to use their app. WHen I asked who was above her she again stammered and then said Victor. Read more12/3/2022: The customer service quality increased significantly in the last few months - the employees are much nicer and more courteous consistently. The food this morning (cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and iced original cappuccino with skim milk) was especially delicious (the bagel was toasty and chewy and there was plenty of cream cheese, and I could really taste the espresso, both of which I prefer!). Hands down a superb improvement from a few months ago.
On Saturday 8/20/2022, whoever was on shift around 6:23am at drive-thru was especially rude to me. I asked for a cup holder and she said “We don’t have those, you only have one drink”. So I got my food and went inside and sure enough they had cup holders. I hope this location does something about the rude employees.

Read moreWent there a few weeks back for the 1st time. I wanted to go to Starbu cks since I had a giftcard but my friend suggested we try Dunkin Donuts. It was a Friday a little after 9:15pm. First of all, the girls "working" there were NOT customer friendly. We were not acknowledged as we walked in. They were too busy w8th their own conversation. We ordered a latte and a regular coffee. They had no regular coffee left. We opted for 2 lattes. We noticed that the coffee counter was messy with spilled coffee. Glass was smudged and tables were not cleaned. We were conversing and I noticed the young woman trying to get my attention by motioning that our drinks were ready. Why do they ask our names if they arent going to call it out?? The latte was so-so. Starbucks is way better. To top it off, we were advised they were going to be locking up and closing so we had to leave. What!! They could have advised us that they closed at 10 but we. Could finish our drinks and convo as she cleaned up. We were not impressed. Will not go back...
