Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Corona

Came in and ordered 2 chicken bowls w/ White Rice and green onions and a large drink. Order #57 @12:42:35pm. I ate in my car in front of the restaurant as I was eating I bit something hard, when I spit it out it was a grayish black rock. I normally don’t complain as accidents can happen but I started to get a toothache so i decided to go inside and make the employees aware of the situation. When I let Jackie know I had found a rock in my bowl she proceeded to tell the 2 ladies that prep the food and Arlen(name given by the shift lead) started smiling and laughing. I’m normally not bothered by things like that but when she kept smiling and smirking in the background as I’m taking to Jackie about my options. I proceeded to tell the shift lead that I would like the contact information to contact the owner because I didn’t like how the situation was being handled and I instead was being made fun of. When i pointed out that she was laughing at me the shift lead said “well how do you know it’s cause of you” completely unprofessional. She also refused to give me any contact information instead just said call back...

I bought 2 bowls. The hot sauce was even but since the magic sauce was in a somewhat bigger container they told me only ONE magic sauce per person otherwise I had to pay more. I bought 2 bowls they gave me one magic sauce? So I went home and SHARED the 1 sauce with my roomate and not to mention there's a full blown pandemic going on we shouldn't be sharing anything especially something that's going in our mouths. They should give a equal amount PER bowl not PER person considering some people go there and buy food for there family. Not to mention I payed almost 20 dollars for 2 bowls and I get charged extra for sauce that should of been included. Waba grill...

Terrible service from a terribly peevish slob of a man behind the counter. Perhaps this guy was just having a bad day, but when someone is nothing but polite to you, and you just puff up with antagonistic brooding, shoving that proverbial stick further up and bear down with all the inelegant class of Nicole Polizzi...or a landfill, well I feel inclined to mention it.
