Pho Lee — Restaurant in Corona

AMAZING food, for that I give 5 stars! great, and clean restaurant. However, service is not the best; since it’s literally only two people working the whole restaurant; the cook, and the the server herself, basically doing everything by herself. from taking orders, running food out, cleaning tables, preparing to go orders, answering phones, checking on dine in customer tables.. it can be impressive that she can do all this, but you can tell she’s overwhelmed and sometimes stressed which makes her drop the ball on certain areas. She seriously needs to hire help. She made a to- go-customer wait 15 minutes for an item that had run out and she had totally spaced cause she was busy with other customers.. worse part was she had only one table. This is the review from a Vegan that you've been waiting for 🙌 Yes, there are vegan options! Plural! First off, their vegetarian Pho has vegetable broth so it's technically vegan and very tasty! They have fresh rolls with shrimp that you can request to be made with Tofu. They also have vegan egg rolls! I didn't ask, but I would question if they fry everything in the same oil. They have other rice dishes that are also vegan, but didn't try them this time. Also, they have Thai iced tea that you can request to be made with Almond milk 🙌 blessed!!! As soon as i walked in i was greeted by a friendly smile. Tram is such a great host. I had a few questions about the menu. Tram did such an amazing job describing whats in the dish. I asked her what she recommended for me to order. The house bowl was her recommendation. The pho was outstanding! full of flavor. The amount of protein is ridiculous! I was beyond full after finishing my meal. The spring rolls were out of this world. Very tasty and the peanut sauce they serve them with is bommmbbbbbbb!
