This review is strictly regarding customer service. Their food is great and no complaints there. I’ve been going to chef 2 the bone for a couple years now and unfortunately I hate to leave this review but after not so great service experiences the last few times visiting it’s time for a review.

They don’t answer the phone when you call. (They don’t take phone calls). It either just rings or you might get the automated message that directs you to order online as optional.

I came in on a Sunday early evening and was surprised at how quiet it was inside because they’re usually busy. I stood at the register for a while before anyone came from the kitchen. There seemed like a lot of people in the kitchen just talking and laughing. No one ever looked out to check for customers waiting to order. They have the kitchen window and everyone that I could see in the kitchen just ignored me while talking to each other. While I was at the register another employee came out the bathroom looked at me and went into the employee only room and closed the door! Seriously? He did not greet me or ask if I had been helped. That was rude. I walked over to the kitchen window unfortunately having to flag someone down to finally come out. A younger girl finally came to the register and was just laughing. There was no apology for me standing around waiting being ignored and there was no accountability from her even saying sorry about that, or thanks for waiting. All she had to say was “oh there’s only one person working out here right now.” Really? The crazy part was it was only me and another couple inside at that time so it was slow. Why would I need to wait like that if they are not busy? I was able to order but what I found even more annoying was while I waited inside for my order two older gentleman came in and received the peppiest greeting and were able to order right away. Seriously? Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. So this review is for the owners/management: if you’re going to have young people running your front counter as a business you need to make sure they are properly trained in customer service and professionalism. From a customer point of view honestly all staff should be trained in customer service! (Not just trained in producing good food). If service sucks people will not want to come back regardless if the food is good). It’s just disappointing because the food itself is good but unfortunately service has always been hit or miss here over the last couple years. As many times as I’ve been here I can sadly only remember one time clearly when customer service was great and it was an older lady who was friendly and kept checking on us when we dined in. I haven’t experience that since early last year sadly. As a customer, if it’s slow and your staff wants to chill in the kitchen fine- put a bell at the register then so we can use it when staff is not paying attention to customers coming in and waiting long at the register for no reason. It doesn’t look good when we have to flag someone down in the kitchen to come out when they were just standing around talking anyway. It just seems harder these days to find decent customer...

Title: A Delightful Experience at Chef2TheBone's Fish Fry!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chef2TheBone's for their renowned fish fry, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Portion Size: One of the first things that caught my attention was the generous portion size. The servings were not only substantial but also incredibly fulfilling. You definitely get your money's worth at Chef2TheBone's!

Customer Service and Ambiance: The warmth of the welcoming customer service and the inviting ambiance made my dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt right at home. The cozy atmosphere, complemented by great music, added a special touch to the overall vibe.

Food Quality: Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. The dishes at Chef2TheBone's are seasoned generously, enhancing the flavors to perfection. The highlight for me was the shrimp – not only were they cooked to perfection, but the size of the shrimp was impressive. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and it's clear that the chefs take pride in their craft.

Recommendation: I can't help but express my love for Chef2TheBone's. It's more than just a dining experience; it's a culinary journey that I highly recommend to all seafood enthusiasts. Whether you're a fan of fish fry or simply enjoy a good meal, Chef2TheBone's is a must-visit.

Clean and Sanitized Environment: In today's times, hygiene is paramount, and Chef2TheBone's excels in this aspect. The place is not only clean but also diligently sanitized, providing guests with a sense of comfort and security.

In conclusion, Chef2TheBone's Fish Fry exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a great place to savor delicious food, enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, and leave with a satisfied palate. I wholeheartedly recommend Chef2TheBone's to anyone looking for an unforgettable...

There is finally a place near town that makes REAL seasoned & fried fish!! I can by during their soft opening and tried the fish (snapper) & shrimp plate and got the Mac n cheese as my side. Let me tell you that everything was very good and I don't know what secret recipe they are using in their hot sauce, cocktail sauce AND tarter sauce, but it is NOT to be missed!! The portions were good (I didn't finish it all at once, but my leftovers were good too!) They currently only offer fish & shrimp but Hopefully they will eventually expand the menu.

The place was very clean, friendly staff, and their is some indoor seating - spaced out of course. Maybe they can offer a couple of tables outside soon. When I arrived, I really couldn't tell if they were open or not. They have a wrap on the window (it's nice though) but you couldn't see inside & the lighted OPEN was blocked by a banner so it wasn't visible from the street. To be honest, I didn't see it as u walked up either. Saw it once I sat down inside and looked around. Banners near the street may be helpful.

Anyway, I encourage you to give them a try. You won't be...
