Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Corona

I live real close to this place, so against my better judgment I tried ir again. I used to eat here all the time but, now this place is just horrible. My first time here I was in a rush to get to work so I ordered a jumbo jack to eat on the way, what I received was a breakfast burrito, I was in a hurry so I didn't ask to exchange it but, the next time I came in I ordered taxos and they showed up on the screen but, they gave me a weird half put together thing in a chicken sandwich wrapper with a beef patty. I told the manager and she REALLY said to me that's what you ordered. I kindly asked for my money back to which she LITERALLY said "this has been opened and the fries are not im the friholder" I explained that the fries were in bottom of the bag because shebhad dumped them out and showed her the pictures of the food I had taken on my phone, finally I threatened to report her personally to the department of fair business and housing if she would not either give me what I paid for or return my money. I usually would have just eaten the wrong order or just walkes away but, the way she spoke to me in such a belittling and inflammatory manner was just so very offensive. I will never eat here ever again and I recommend you go...

I read a review about someone only coming to this one specifically because the food always turns out great.

Last week I tried this location and my food was cooked way better than the one on 6th and the one on Ontario. I thought it was just a coincidence.

So, I really wanted to try it again and confirm the quality of the food a few days ago to see if the food was actually that consistent but when I arrived around 11:45PM/11:50PM, the lights were off and it looked closed.

Went to the one on 6th since they were open and ordered the exact same thing and paid $3 more and instead of 7 piece jalapeño poppers, they gave me 5.

I was a bit let down when I saw this place closed and was let even more down after paying more $ and receiving the wrong order…all because this location closed and turned off their lights before the posted hours.

I’m considering avoiding this place overall.

I was there about 530 p.m Wednesday ifelt very disrespected by the young girl that took my order skinny girl in a braid with glasses Hispanic gave me attitude when I was asking about how the app worked for the promotions and she responded with a rude tone and made me feel like I was bothering her and I ordered 6 big sandwiches and I asked for six ranches and she responded by saying I can't give you more than four that's our policy and I asked even if I buy it and she gave me attitude again and I said can I buy them and she ignored me threw four ranch dressings in my bag and I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and didn't say anything. Im mean if you dislike your job you don't have too take it out on me, plus I've been going too this jack in the box since 2006 and I've never had a problem with anything or anyone but this young girl made me not want too...
