I was there with my wife for 21 days and they never offered to do the housekeeping once. We were very quiet yes but but we didn't think we had to go to the office each day to get a roll of toilet paper and the policy about the room was rented and paid for, each week we gave, I guess he was the manager. Bottom line... he changed the price of the same room to a higher rate on his choice of the day. He charged me higher rate on Thursday May 8th 2021. There was no large event on that date. It was not a holiday, and yet he claimed the motel was full, so he had to change the signed agreement we had and changed the agreement, unkown to me, change our contract as week to week rental agreement that we signed for, and changed it by charging me each day individually, and also raising the price of the room, on a day to day rate. It was paid in advance for each week, not day to day, it was paid weekly, on the 6th day or it was on the 7th day as a resident, my wife was sure to pay for the week coming up. I think she paid, maybe a day ahead to make sure we got the reservation, and it was comfimed for another week. Also, he was sort of rude in our initial conversation. There was no professionalism manners in that room at that time. By either of us, but he was very quick to argue with me, saying he has the right to change prices in our agreement, or contract, whatever you want to call it. I'm assuming it is all legal and binding. Right? We weren't offered house keeping services, even once. Nothing was ever sanitized, and cleaned to prevent the spread of the Corona virus on any kind of regularly scheduel. I didn't do no complaining until I looked at my bill. On the money end of it, I was charged more, with the uniformed notice given, or posted about the changing of our agreed price. Our contact. OK, really, it's not about the money he collected, so much as it is about his "inpolite behavior as the motels, manager? He was rude and aggressive towards me. Even to the good morning greeting, he was very short and became very upset we me, telling me to get the f.. I out, you f...ing moron. He said that he was tired of trying to making me understand. So just get the f..I out. That's when it got heated and I was upset from being disrespected like he was to me. Before his attitude, and his behavior was so fast, and almost immediately, he came on so fast, that I hadn't even began asking him to explain the difference in, the rates. That's all I wanted, until he became that argumentative and that level of hostility directed at me. I reacted to the situation, and made it more volatile. I left, without someone explaining their policies with a decent attitude and a lot more respect, and being more patient and being some help. He shouldn't be working with, or around the public. He can become very heated, very quick, I mean quick, with no rhyme or reasons for his two sided personalities. Anyway, I still can't agree when he says it's because, they have so much buisness that it's fully sold out of rooms, so now they can raise the rates for guests, that have already rented, agreed, and paid for in full, the rooms at a reserved and given price. So now they can void the legal agreements that are detailed in our occupancy informational brochure they made sure we followed all regulations and rules given to you, and mentioned of few of the items. The warnings and the consequences if we were caught or reported for committing an asumed incident. I guess that he wants to emphasize that we must comply with his demands, and policies, including changes in the prices without notice or any written agreement. You ought to agree that, that isn't right to have the face of motel 6 in Corona Ca. On Lincoln by the 91 freeway, presented to people with that level of the lack of professionalism, and courtesy. At the very least he should have some training in buisness, and guest services. And maybe throw in a class or more of...
Read moreI feel it worth McDonald's I have ever been to in my life tried to use the McDonald's app to order my food and apparently this McDonald's doesn't do the app sales after a certain time. So not only did I not get the points for the food that I had ordered I didn't get to redeem the points for the order either. Then to top it off I got the wrong order. So after driving back and telling them what it happened the girl at the window was nothing but rude to me. After a few seconds she then handed me a bag with 10 chicken nuggets in it when my order was for 20 chicken nuggets and a large fry. When I asked her where the rest of the order was she said that I had eaten some of them and that she was only going to give me the 10 piece nuggets instead of the 20 I ordered because there was three missing and no fries cuz I had eaten a couple of those two. I told her she needed to redo my whole order when she returned few minutes later a 20-piece nuggets and a medium fry. I asked her if she was going to replace the gas to take me to come back and get my order right she said no. Also while I was at the drive-thru arguing with her there was another gentleman there screaming at her across the parking lot because she didn't or wouldn't give him his drink from his combo she said he didn't order but it was sitting on the counter right there for him to see and before he started yelling tried to get her to talk to him but she just shut the window in his face. I will never go to this McDonald's again. And I'll bet big money that the guy that was arguing with her probably won't return...
Read moreVery stressful visit. I don’t know if the staff was massively overwhelmed, short-staffed or what happened, but it was…bad. I left feeling badly for them. Total amount of time spent was roughly 35 minutes placing and receiving my order. It was not that busy, at least not enough to justify that kind of wait.
We started in the drive-thru, but after 10 minutes it hadn’t moved and I never made it up to the speaker, so I pulled into the lot to go inside. There were at least 5 people waiting to get their drive-thru orders fixed. Nobody was at the front counter to take any orders for 10 minutes. I finally placed my order and waited 17 minutes for 2 large drinks and a kids’ meal. I regretted it, but my kid would’ve gone nuts if we left with nothing so I had to wait it out. No apologies for the wait, no smiles from the staff, and I was treated while waiting to a show of people freaking out over their wrong orders, one guy who was served a completely RAW burger, a lady who was majorly PO’d about her 25 minute wait in the drive thru only to receive cold fries, and a manager running around like a headless chicken.
Overall very stressful. I wish we had gone elsewhere — no complaints since our drinks were fine and my kid was happy, it was just...
