Idk who worked tonight around 10:40 pm but the dude who helped me is a mf G. Some weird dude cut the line and was helped in the drive thru even though he didnt have a car(im guessing homie was drunk and taco bell peeps didnt want trouble) but im in no rush, I know nacho fries take time. Nacho fries are worth the wait. Nacho fries won't let you down. I get to the window and the employee is breaking a sweat apologizing profusely. I say it's all good man don't fret little one. My meal comes out to 10 dollars and some change, I pay and im on my way. I get home and my Nacho fries are crisp I could tell the employee kissed every single potato stick and tucked them in before seasoning them delicately He gave me extra sauce and underneath my doritos taco I find a delightful but unnecessary surprise. A coupon for a free taco. I could only imagine how charlie bucket felt in charlie and the chocolate factory. I shed a tear, its a beautiful moment. I asked why it was charged extra and he said " that's the way it rings up". After pulling out of the drive-thru I checked to make sure everything was there and discovered that they didn't give me the food I was charged extra for. I went in and asked for a manager, but she refused to come help. I told the supervisor I wanted a refund which she gave me. After I got out to the car I realized she didn't refund me correctly she shorted me money. I went back and asked to speak to the manager again and she still wouldn't walk over from the food station she was hiding behind. I finally got my correct change and left. I was hired immediately but not given proper training then yelled at for not knowing what to do even after asking questions and not getting answers. Employees don't give the appropriate detail to orders which causes incomplete orders and upset customers. I've been blamed by management for managers responsibilities that weren't carried out properly. Managers change your shift hours without notifying you ahead of time. Manager and another employee underestimated my comprehension of Spanish and spoke negatively of me, right next to me in Spanish, assuming I couldn't understand.
