Taco Bell — Restaurant in Corona

I have been going to this taco bell for years. Sometimes multiple times a week when T-Mobile was giving out free tacos. When COVID hit, taco bell took a number of favorite items off the menu. After not going for 2 years, I decided to try it again albeit with less options. I show up at the location at 11 am and the lobby was closed. Tried the drive through, it was closed. Sign says it should be open but it wasn't. Tried a second time on a Friday night at 9:30pm. Guess their hours are shortened because they were closed again. Try a 3rd time, lobby is closed but the drive through was ordered on the app.I only ordered 2 items yet somehow they messed it up.I don't know what I got, but it was terrible. This place is a mess. I went to the taco bell off green river exit off the 91. Food was excellent but the service sucked bad waited at the counter for moren I started arguing with the e than ten minutes while 3 different employee pretended they didn't notice the four of us.vwevfinally self ordered at the kiosk. Then when the food came they didn't give us our drinks. When I told them they said they didn't see the drinks cause we ordered at the kiosk. I'm a manager and if my people interacted with the public like these people did I'd fire them. Probably the manager needs to be fired, they're obviously not...

Took 18 min in the drive thru... And ONLY 4 cars ahead of us..... And they put my sons Mexican pizza sideways in a small bag. I thought it was the bag with the tacos... I should have known.... SHOULD HAVE CHECKED IT. .. When we got home, my sons meal was all to the side and my son didn't want to eat it....ALL BAD.. GONNA CALL CORPORATE to let them know how horrible this taco bell is..... And it's on the side of the road , they probaby do alot of business... But it won't stay that way like this..... I wish I could give them a ZERO star...
