McDonald's — Restaurant in Coronado

It's been two decades and McDonald's just keeps getting worse. Today's experience was the final straw. If you expect to be able to talk to a person when you walk in, you're mistaken. You have to order from one of the four kiosks, and today, only two of them were working. It's unsanitary to have to touch the same greasy menu that everyone else is touching, and the kiosks are slow and frustrating to use. They even have a one-second delay every time someone adds something to their cart. It took me four times as long to order through the kiosk as it would have if I had just talked to a person who could have navigated the system quickly.

Then, when I finished my order, the kiosk asked me for the table number. I had to waste more time walking around to find an empty table and input the number into the kiosk.

"Order 991". They called my number with all the food in the bag. Not on a tray as selected at the kiosk. The Kiosks asks if i was take out or dining in. I went and told them that the kiosk specifically said it would be taken to the very table I had to waste time to go find. All I got was "did you use the app?". I simple said "nevermind" and took my food. I'm not going to further get upset with a kid being in charge for the piss poor corporate decision to automate customer service to a worthless system to save a buck to have better quarterly earnings. Nobody will care if that was my last time at this place, but here I'll leave my mark of the downward spiral disappointment...

I have dietary restrictions and hate vegetables and only like to eat when someone is watching so, my waiter and a fellow restaurant goer watched as I. shoveled a Big Mac® Quarter Pounder®* with Cheese Double Quarter Pounder®* with Cheese Triple Cheeseburger Double Cheeseburger McDouble® Bacon McDouble® Cheeseburger Hamburger Chicken & Sandwiches Bacon Smokehouse Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Bacon Smokehouse Artisan Grilled Chicken 4 piece Chicken McNuggets® Buttermilk Crispy Tenders Classic Chicken Sandwich Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich McChicken®Hot Fudge Sundae McFlurry® with M&M'S® Candies Kiddie Cone Hot Caramel Sundae Strawberry Sundae McFlurry® with OREO® Cookies Baked Apple Pie Strawberry & Crème Pie Chocolate Chip Cookie and an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie into my chubby food hole as I need all this food for dinner because my stomach is a bottomless pit all the food was exquisite and deliciouso as the Italians say waiter was also very attentive and refilled soda 8 times will absolutely return for my late night snack tonight!

p.s Chairs were a little too small for my massive body might like to upgrade the chairs to plus size standard bodies such as mine portions were a little small also and may not be suitable for the pkus size fat queen...

This is by far the worst Mc Donald's that I have ever experienced. Recently I went thru the drive thru in the morning and ended up waiting over 30 minutes in line to receive my food. I would have turned around but I was stuck in line by other cars also waiting. I went there during the weekend and the same thing happened. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. I asked if I can have 10 ketchup packs since i love a lot of katchup on my fries and the guy tells me he can't give me 10 but he will give me a hand full. He ended up giving me only 3 packs. Also my Big Mac had no sauce or lettuce on it and the fries were stone cold. I can probably bet that everyone on base and where I work will vouch that this restaurant has some serious management issues thats been going on for awhile. This restaurant needs some serious help in training their employees and improving...
