Acapulco Restaurant & Bar #4 — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

My family experiences here at this restaurant was HORRIBLE! We were greeted and then didnt receive drinks for 10 minutes. When our waitress came to take our order she wasnt able to communicate due to her lack of english. Our food arrived cold and missing items to our order. When asked for corrected entrée we were questioned as if we had done something wrong. The lady (liz) who came to assist walked up and said "what happened!?" As if it was an issue to come and assist us. We were then sent food that was wrong again and let the server know our food was cold. Once again another server (liz) came and explained there was no way the food was cold because she plated the food herself and she KNEW IT WAS HOT!! so we were treated like liars and weren't offered anything to replace the cold food or offered a discount or a remake on our order. Upon checkout we were again treated rudely and was told we had to pay for items that were brought out wrong, things we didnt want and didnt eat!! When we asked to speak to manager we were told that they were not OBLIGATED to provide us with anybody from management.. After getting upset my grandma started to become frustrated as well a couple words were exchanged and liz who was at the register spoke rudely again to us all and rolled her eyes shrugged her shoulders and completely disregarded any dissatisfaction of any customers or fellow staff... This is very unprofessional and TOTALLY uncalled for. I wouldnt recommend eating at this establishment and i certainly will not be going back other than to speak to the owners about...

I would give them a 0 star of it would let me they are so rude and unpleasant we called on Thursday to place a order and someone answered the phone and acted like the spoke another language then hung up I kept trying to call back they kept on hanging up on me so I called the other Weber restaurant and place my order when I got there I called again to this location and put it on speaker the manager heard it for her self and said she was going to call over there and speak to the manager and also the owners brother and have him call me which he didn't call me back I had to call again on Saturday which was yesterday he said he would look into it and offered a discount which I don't need but it was the principal so we called today to use the discount when my wife got there they were busy in drive thru so she went inside to get our order she was the only one in line until 2 people came behind her to pay for there meal in the mean time no one ever greeted my wife and helped the other people instead of her and when they finally went to help her said they were no going to give us a discount per the owner and his brother which was fine if they would of said it nicely but the made it seem like we were lying this is the last time we ever go there or any...

I have eaten here before, the service was what is expected for a drive thru, but yesterday was something else!!!! I went through the drive thru, ordered some tacos and saw the chile con queso was 6.99 for a large add ground beef for 1.99. So I asked for a large. The person at the intercom says. Well just to let you know that's 20.00. I was confused l, so I asked her do you meal 20 for the whole order or just the queso? She says no just the queso, at that time another lady got on and says what's your problem asking prices? Do you want to order or not? I was like yes, I just want to make sure I heard correctly, she says well its on the menu that its 20 dollars i said no mam, it says 6.99. She says WELL 20 IS THE DRIVE THRU PRICE, BECAUSE OF THE CONTAINERS WE USE, SO ITS ONLY 6.99 INSIDE. SO ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER OR WHAT?. I declined to order and went on my way. I will not order from a place that freestyles pricing. And 20 dollars for a queso?? I'm not sure if the containers she's talking about are pyrex or the queso has gold flakes. But what's even more mind boggling, is that you would just want to think people are stupid enough to pay 20 bucks. That was...
