I ordered thru drive thru on 10/06/23 8:30ish. Didn’t wait long. I had 4 outta 5 kids with me and we were all hungry. We got our food and I told everyone not to touch it until we get home. We didn’t wait in line at drive thru to check because there was a line. Got home and we were missing a burger. I was prepared for the worst and me and the kids went back.(I previously had a bad experience about a month ago at a Chinese restaurant where they got me for 60$ worth of food and didn’t want to accommodate.) I walked in and as soon as a manager/shift leader saw me, he called me right over and asked how he could help. Explained to him we were missing one burger but I didn’t know what one because I didn’t want to touch the food or be accused of lying. He accused me of no such thing and it was completely the opposite. He figured out which burger was missing. He then took ALL the fries out and replaced them with fresh fries. We ended up eating inside the restaurant instead of taking the food back home. He even offered to replace our drinks but it wasn’t necessary. I just want to make sure that COLLIN get the credit he is due for going above and beyond fixing our order. We ALWAYS use this Whataburger. We never really have complaints because it is so busy here. We always expect long lines and wait times and food ups. It’s Whataburger. For us, to catch our attention, it’s the service. COLLIN made what I thought was going to be ridiculous, enjoyable lol. Read moreOrdered food at 10:17. Received food at 10:42. You would think it would be hot. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! Warm food is to much of a compliment. My food was cold so if it was ready and cooling down, why did it take so long? Nothing was hot. Then to top it off, they forgot my onion rings!! This is a horrible Whataburger. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else! Maybe if they get off the phone they could make the food.
UPDATE: Believe it or not, we went back for a 2nd shot. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! I was in the drive-thru about 10 min BEFORE being able to order, real simple meal. Just a kids meal, chicken strips, milk and a cookie. However, they were unable to manage that. No cookies. I guess inventory is real hard here. Then I was stuck in the line another, who knows how long. Good grief. I give up on you. Went to our regular Whataburger on Saratoga. Line moved super quick. Read moreThis location has become one of the worse locations to order food. We have been a die hard Whataburger fan since day one, however this location has rude employees. We didn't get all of their names, but every little thing seemed like it was a huge problem to them. We had the cashier who snatched our card from our hand and made it seem like a huge inconvenience when we asked for a drink holder for 6 drinks. (Mind you we had 2 separate orders), when told to move forward to wait for our order which took over 15 minutes, we didn't receive the condiments we asked for and our food was cold and not made to order. We wanted to go back around, but didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for our food. I have never been more disappointed in customer service than I have today.
