I haven't had Korean food in years, so I was so excited to try the bulgogi here. It was delicious, BUT the customer service from the woman at the counter was ridiculous.
We ate dine-in around mid afternoon and it wasn't really busy. My cousin and I both got one plate each. We said thank you to the woman every time our food was brought to us, and she ignored us and quickly walked away each time. The whole time we were uncomfortable, because this woman went out of her way to be extremely friendly to everyone else who came in and ordered, but again, would ignore us if we said thank you to her. We even said thank you again when throwing our trash on the way out, and she ignored us. She just began speaking in Korean to her coworker. (About us? Maybe, maybe not.)
TLDR: Great food, terrible customer service. This whole experience just rubbed me wrong and for the next few hours I kept asking my cousin what we did wrong. I was so disappointed, because the food was amazing, and with all of that said, (Call me a Karen if you want) I won't...

The Bulgogi was perfectly marinated, although it was a little too sweet for my liking but it was still good. For sides I chose the kimchi and the macaroni salad. Simple yet yummy side dishes. The kimchi hasn’t had time to ferment and get sour, still tastes fresh and crisp which I didn’t mind because it was still so good! The Mac salad I could probably eat all the time, it wasn’t too crazy on seasonings. Literally just macaroni, Mayo, and pepper from what it tasted.
My husband got the spicy pork Bulgogi and he sincerely enjoyed it! It was spicy enough for him to still enjoy because we’ve had experience where we would get something spicy and it was to the point of not be able enjoyable.
The dumpling were okay for what they were. Nothing too spectacular.
Overall, we would come here again! Yummy food for a decent price. We also...

I’ve been to every Korean spot in Corpus Christi and the people’s champion is Korean Big Bowl hands down the very best. If you go at lunch it gets busy. If you look carefully at the faces of the people waiting in line you can see the excitement. They’re addicted
I highly recommend the spicy pork bulgogi. Buckle up the spice hits you right in the mouth. My eyes water my nose runs and I finish my bowl every single time. There’s a few simple sides that elevate the dish I recommended the kimchi, macaroni salad (cuts some heat in just the right way) and a cabbage salad to mix in with the pork.
I love you Korean Big Bowl you truly are the...
