Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I have never had this experience at the CiCi's before. We drive all the way from Annaville is because we don't like our cicis pizza. Purchased our meals and did not get informed that they did not have certain toppings and sauce. I requested a certain kind of pizza that I would have liked pepperoni sausage and bacon. No employee and no management explain to me why we did not have no sausage until my sister told me. She was not satisfied with the buffet was because they did not have any sausage beef or any ranch sauce. She was getting pizza but it was not for her she was helping my parents was because it's hard for my mom to stand. I went over to get the sweet tea I've never tasted awful sweet tea before. Told them two times to switch out the sweet tea and it took forever for another one to come out. Then my sister waited to get a certain Pizza that took 20-25 minutes and then it wasn't even the right sauce zesty tastes nasty why would we want it on the pizza if we did not even request it. I was so upset I did not even get to eat the brownie or cinnamon roll. Ask your management if I could have a refund and she said no but she did give me a free buffet on my next visit. The fact is to not have it free but to communicate with the customers and maybe I wouldn't have purchased something I would have went...

The service was bad to say the least. The pizzas were good but when you I tried to get a personal pizza I waited almost 40 minutes on a non busy day. I could understand if it were packed but there were very few people dining in and that was with the manager "helping"... When I went to get a salad, the lettuce was old and turning bad, the tomatoes were moldy, the cucumbers looked like they had a get film on them and the ranch dressing smelled like it was bad. I tried the brownies and they were almost paper thin and very under cooked, but much to my surprise the cinnamon stix were very very tasty. A for management, I was able to overhear her yelling at the employees that she wanted to be out no later than 10:30 and that she better not see any of "this" whatever that was. Perhaps if she spent more time leading by example things would be better at the airline location. DO NOT eat at this place unless you seriously inspect your food first, especially the salad. The pizza tasted off. The crust on all of it was kind of rubbery. It didn’t taste like real pizza crust. The tables were dirty. The entire time we were there no one had come to grab plates from any of the tables. It wasn’t super busy but busy enough and there wasn’t a lot of pizza out for the amount of people that were there. We put in a request and they gave us a buzzer. I don’t even know how long it took because it was forever but it had to have been over 30 min when We finally went up to the counter to find out that our pizzas had been put out and long gone. The buzzer never went off. the ice machine was out of ice. I find it ironic that they have an advertisement at the register for you to leave them a review and yet they do such a poor job keeping the place clean/orderly.
