VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: *WE LIVE IN S.A CAME FOR A ROSARY/FUNERAL FOR A AUNT..THOUGHT WE COULD GET A QUICK AND GOOD BITE TO EAT FIRST THOUGHT WAS WHATABURGER AND IT WAS THE WORST WHATABURGER SERVICES I'VE EVER HAD! RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL/CASHIER WHO SHOWED NO INTEREST IN HER JOB..A NEW OR OLD EMPLOYEE SHOULD TAKE PRIDE OF WHOM SHE/HE WORKS FOR AND ENJOY HER/HIS JOB AND WEAR A SMILE WHILE TAKING A CUSTOMERS CASH... IT WAS AWFUL!STILL AFTER ALL THAT RUDENESS WE STILL SAT AND WAITED FOR ALMOST 20 MINS IN THE DINING AREA FOR OUR ORDER..I NOTICE ON MY RECITE # THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG SO I GO AND TRY TO TALK TO THE CASHIER THAT TOOK MY ORDER THINKING IT WOULD MATTER TO HER AND SHE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT BUT NO SHE DIDN'T,SHE SHOWED NO CONCERN WHAT SO EVER SHE JUST GRADS MY RECITE FROM MY HAND WITH ATTITUDE WALKS AWAY LOOKING MAD HOW RUDE LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT SHE TOOK MY ORDER WRONG..THAT DID IT FOR US WITH HER DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE SO AT THIS POINT ALL WE WANT AFTER ALL THAT RUDE SERVICES WAS OUR MONEY BACK NO FOOD..WE GET OUR MONEY BACK FROM MANAGER..TO GO SPEND IT AND GIVE OUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE THAT WILL APPRECIATE IT..WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED... Read moreI ordered a double meet Whataburger dry with only pickles, and a large fry. I ordered over DoorDash then received a double meat with cheese and a medium fry. Obviously I’m upset, I contact the dasher who explains he didn’t order it, the order is sent to Whataburger. I go to Whataburger and tell the cashier. I sit down while I wait for my correct food(I have my receipt from door dash). The manager approaches to find out the issue and immediately says it was a different Whataburger so I explained that’s weird since I live closest to this one, she then explains it’s the dashers problem. Completely avoiding responsibility. So I’m annoyed and explaining to her what the dasher told me. At this point I know this manager has never been in customer service because I’ve worked at Whataburger for 2 years and you apologize for the mistake and fix the order. You don’t argue with the customer over something so insignificant. She begins arguing with me over my order, I tell her I ordered only pickles, but there’s cheese, which I know it doesn’t come with so someone had to have asked for cheese. She ignored what I said and begins telling me how I should’ve asked for it dry. There wasn’t mustard on the burger, so that wasn’t even the problem. Read moreI am very happy to say that all of our trips to Whataburger during this tuff and very unsociable and dragged out Covid-19 Epidemic! Well at every Whataburger location that we have visited around the Coastal Bend and North to West of San Antonio have been absolutely impecable! With strict but very reasonable guidelines that creates a very warm and still welcoming as it should be. Sitting areas with badges and distance markers thru out have been done tastefully, yes it's noticeable but for most of these locations that are probably doing well over $600 per hr it is very comendable how effortlessly the staff have adjusted to the times. This is probably a major factor when families using the risk reward Whataburger makes it that much easier to put those chips all on orange they're not just the safe bet they're the best bet in these trying times. These past months instead of maybe ordering or visiting once a week it's a solid 2 or 3 times plus the food is on point no mushy or flattened burgers old fries or flat drinks. They just seem to be firing on all cylinders where you can see others struggling to keep up or give their customers much needed reassurance all Whataburger employees from the restaurants to the head office should take a bow I would bet they could handle voting for the State of Texas and still shine .
