Fountain drinks taste a little nasty. Normally drinks should taste like the drink it is. For instance Coke should taste like Coke. But when there is a rancid taste to the drink, I know they have not been cleaning their fountain machines. Complained in the past about it but continue to taste the same rancid taste of uncleanliness that comes from the machines not being clean. I am sure some of you are familiar with that odd taste that comes from the machines not being clean. I usually experience this at some convenience stores that are unkemped. I noticed the bathrooms are kept pretty unclean. I could just smell the urine when entering the bathroom. I wish the employees would clean a little better. My little girl feels so uncomfortable sitting on their seats, she tells me. As a dad I always ask my daughter how clean the restrooms are. Not once has she been in there without urine being on the floor. Clorox with urine doesn't always help. Also I saw a few kittens under the house while eating. They scurried under the house of burgers the minute i tried to approach one. Wild cats and not domesticated. I saw workers throwing leftovers to feed them. I am all for feeding undomesticated cats or domesticated cats, but I find it uncomfortable seeing employees feeding the cats scraps from our tables. No wonder they flourish. Maybe it's because of all the rats I see running on the outside of the building. I have been coming here a long time, but the rats or mice that I sometimes see during the evening hours are not necessarily afraid of the cats the employees feed. If that is their solution to pest control, I don't recommend it. And because of this, I plan on not eating at this eatery. Sheeesh, I think the same food the cats eat, the rats and mice are eating also. I remember seeing a dead mouse on the side of the building. I suspect a cat may have caught it and left it to rot. Also I see they use a plastic type of platform to place the bouncy playground in. Those empty spaces below the platforms are a wonderful place for rats and mice to flourish and live and eat and breathe and spread their awful disease. I also see many safety hazards for children if they were to fall to the side. Buckets of cement to hold the bouncy air filled playground can be found everywhere. My daughter ran into one once and bloodied her toe. Since then she has been alert, but I see many children getting hurt. Cement playground has never been my favorite terrain for my children to play on. Falling on the cement can be very painful and yet I see so many children scraping their knees. Now I know there are so many signs saying they are not responsible to injuries, but sheesh, some things can be made more conducive to play on. Most public parks have a soft rubbery platform to run around on. It just doesn't seem safe for children under 7 years old. I see a lot of small children getting hurt. I am surprised they have done nothing to...

Never again !!! My wife and I went to grab lunch on August 26th 2025 we went on a Tuesday a little after 11am hoping to beat the rush we ordered bone in wings & fried mushrooms. The fried Mushrooms . no issues with this order. When we recieved our wings they were way over cooked and dry. We complained to waitress and she sent her Manager this is where it all went down hill. The manager ANGEL insisted nothing was wrong with our wing order. Adding that when waitress took our wings back he and staff tasted our wings. Whaaat. He then goes to say thiers something wrong with my taste buds. And says I know you. You have complained before in the past. Which in the past food was cold because it sat at the cook station waiting for our waitress to bring them. Back to Tuesday the 26th ANGEL Would not remake our order and insist we eat the wings. Mind you the wings were in the back still after speaking to the Manager ANGEL. when it came to pay I told owner I was only paying for our drinks and Order of Mushrooms. I refused to pay for an order of wings sitting in the back.So she had staff bring the order of wings in a to go box WHAAT After 20 minutes or more in the back. My wife opened the box they literally had spit on the wings. I refused to pay owner threatened to call PD. And cursed my wife and I out and literally ran us out to never return there again. Gladly Never again this establishment has gone down hill since Owner Edwardo let his wife take over and hired on that Manager ANGEL. this guy is the worst. So if u don't care what you eat or bieng served or if you complain theres a high possibility your food will get spat on .go for it. We all work hard for our money Tuesday wing special or not stay...

Cleanliness: Serious mold on and around the electrical sockets directly below the draft beer taps. My first thought was if they let that go in the dining room, how clean is the kitchen? There was bug spray on the counter as you walk in. Bad sign, should have listened to my gut and left.

Food quality: Okay. The wings were decent sized but not seasoned other than sauce.

Value: Good, but we had to work for it. We ordered 20 wings, two flavors. After eating a few we noticed only eleven wings were served. It took another 15 minutes to get the rest of the order. Because of that my partner ate half of my burger. We got a doggie bag for the last 7 wings. When the bill arrived we noticed the wing order was separated, 10 were discounted by 50% and the other 10 wings at full price. Tuesday is half off wings all day, it’s the reason why we came. So why the difference? Apparently they count how many wings you eat at your table. Makes me wonder if they purposely split the wing order.

Customer service: Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The bill was adjusted after pleading. The host was chatting with coworkers and we had to interrupt after 7-8 minutes to get seated, after which he just handed us menus and said seat yourself. He was also the server we let know our order was shorted. I think the wings took long because after talking to him he went back to hanging out with other staff instead of putting the corrected order in.

Bottom line: There are plenty of places around town that serve better wings and burgers AND your not forced to listen to Jesus music...
