We bought a set of mattresses.at the time my sales person was Ashley flores.she seemed like a nice person smiling and answering questions with what she wanted us to hear.i don't no if they have cameras for the store to show corporate office. what actually goes on there.cause they say what u want to hear ,when your there to get u to buy,then when you call them out on what they said the deny and get in your face totally unprofessional and then they order the wrong one and blame u .OMG then they reorder it still it's wrong so I have been dealing with issues since august.still now in Nov nothing yet . I still don't know. The mattress when and they do deliver it .if it will be a good one or not .we had to pay a delivery fee that one of the managers said I had to pay in order to get another one . So I don't even know if this other mattress is going to be the right one.$162.to get it delivered.i DNT think I should have paid it cause it was a mistake done by there sales person not us.but nothing yet. I'm going to post a picture of the mattress so no one else can get scammed with this set of mattresses by this salesperson so-called. She told us it had a 15-year warranty and she told us we have to buy the bed cover for it in order for it to be valid. So we purchased it. .and that could be warranty to get mattress warranty.and come to find out when we go back to the store they said that mattress is not covered under the warranty even with the bed cover for the 120.days try out the bed.but that's what she told us . Now when we went back to the store because it's mattress that they had ordered us is not working they ordered the wrong one it was too soft. They weren't going to do it because at mattress is not part of the other mattresses and actually it should be 180 days try if u like it . But not those mattress .but one of the Managers ok it .I'm just posted this information for anybody who goes and tries to buy the same mattress I did you know the real truth. That way you won't be stuck like we are 4 months already have paid it all the $1,800 worth of mattress and still can't have a good night sleep I would not recommend this company or this salesperson. I was going to post a picture but it won't let me but it's a grey with darker greys in it mattress there at the entrance as soon as I walk in.its called bel opedic Phoenix. This whole ordeal has been horrible will not purchase anything there anymore.have back issues and husband to. We just wanted a good mattress to be able to sleep not all this drama from this furniture store.i would not recommend.the store or the sales persona.to stressful ! We purchased various items including mattress in Bel’s SPID store and they scheduled the delivery after 2 weeks, after 2 weeks they were able to deliver various items but 1 mattress is missing, the delivery guy said that it will be delivered next week, and after a week they called and inform me that its out of stock and they will deliver it the next week, why they even selling something that they dont have and wait for it until it become available? The reason why we bought it and agreed on the delivery date that you promised because we need it, we should have bought a different one that is available if you are honest to your customer that you dont have it in stock. So for 1 mattress we have to wait for 1 month to get it, you dont care about your customer, you just want sales and doesnt care whether you have it in stocks or not, very bad.

I called the number below and talked to someone and told me to come and picked a different mattress if I want but he cannot guarantee if they can deliver it in few days, it still depends on the scheduled delivery which in my case happened 2 weeks after we purchased, so there’s no use for that offer.

We decided to have it cancelled so we can purchased a mattress to the store that can deliver it soon but I was told that it’s a special order and it will not be refunded fully (how come it is a special order, it was a random bed displayed in their store and I did not ask any customization in it) , it will be refunded less 25%, also we have to wait for them to process the cancellation, they will call us and we need to come to the store to refund the money to our credit card, Seriously, you missed to deliver your item on the specified date we agreed and we are penalized of getting it cancelled. They left us with no option as to just wait for the item whenever they can deliver it.

I cannot buy a new mattress because they cannot refund the money to my credit card after I asked them to cancel because I still have to wait for their advice and come to the store, I don’t have money to buy a new one.

Dealing with this store is such a pain, I hope that no one will ever have the same situation as me, but upon looking at the review it just tells me that I am not an...

Edit to Add: If you decide to chance it and purchase furniture from this horrible company, make sure you use a credit card. You will never receive a refund from these thieves, but you can always dispute the credit card charge to get your money back when they don't deliver the furniture!!

DO NOT order furniture from this company. You will NEVER receive it. If i could give 0 stars, I would! Ordered a dining room table and chairs a couple of months ago. First time the delivery guys arrived, we received PART of a table with no chairs. We received a table top and the base, but no actual way to connect the two together. The table top is literally just resting on the base (huge safety concern since I have young children in the house). I have been in contact with Headquarters and the shop numerous times and they assure me that we have received all pieces to the table even though you can't actually connect it (according to BEL, bolts do not come with this table). After a month of back and forth, I finally told them to come pick up the table and issue me a refund. They informed me they cannot issue me a refund until they pick up the table, yet they refuse to schedule a date to pick it up! We even offered to bring the furniture back to them and once again, they refused. I am beyond done dealing with this company. Again, DO NOT order from this company as they are a joke and should be put out of business.

Dont fall for the fake reviews trying to cover up the truth. Start with the 1 star reviews...most are pretty spot on. Make sure you look up these crooks on BBB as well. A D rating with Better Business Bureau says everything you need to know.They do not care about customers and they do not answer their phones. Unfortunately...
