I had another bad experience at Dunkin Donuts located in Corpus Christi . As I placed my order... I told the cashier Iwould like to order promotion of the $2 deal on latte, she said no problem Cashier asked anything else? I said sure a donut.. so she rang it up charge me over $5. While waiting for my order I thought wait a minute either dirt Donuts are $3 or I was overcharged for the latte. So I asked her amour it and mentioned its because it's not even 2 o'clock yet and she asked me so what you want to refund now? (promotion is 2-4 or 6 not too sure what the cutoff time) So she tells 2 managers they both asked why... she couldn't say I didn't realize the time.. Or we both didn't realized that it wasn't 2 o'clock yet... No she blame it directly on the customer.... and honestly she could of taken some ownership I think that was very unprofessional her as the cashier. She should had said I just want to let you know it's ringing up at 3 and change because it's not 2 yet I think that she could have taken some of the blame on the mistake that happen... but instead she kept making it seem like it was all the customers fault. I'll be the first one to admit yes I did not realize that it was at not 2 yet but still my mind was going 100 miles an hour on everything that the doctor just told me about my love one, my job, my car that started acting up... Etc etc. But her mind should be on her job and should of thought about it because i did mentioned i wanted the $2 promotion. Well the end results while they were trying to give me my refund they lost a few customers that were waiting in line and they lost me as a customer as well because once again another...
Read moreThe drive threw line always takes wayyyyy too long. I’m usually very patient and understanding. However this morning was just horrible. I timed it and I waited for forty minutes in the drive threw before I decided to get out of the line and try my luck inside. While I was in the drive threw I noticed there were not cars except one at the window past where you place your order. Then at the menu where you place your order was this poor girl that didn’t have anybody ask to take her order (I had my window down trying to listen) for about 15 minutes. Now I get sometimes somebody holds up the line at the window I’ve been there as I used to work a high volume drive threw. But somebody should of at least taken her order and as many as they could so that they’re food and drinks were ready once they were done with the one car at the window. When I went into the dunkin the whole team of about four people were loosing their sh!t over this one car at the window… still not taking the girls order that is at the menu in the drive threw. Also couldn’t even say Hi when I and other customers walked in… a whole team should not drop all responsibilities in the establishment because of one car…. Someone can always greet a customer, take an order, or get food or drinks started. That’s why there is more then one person working. They may have been understaffed however they had four people and places like that have four main responsibilities. Drive threw, food, drink, register…. And all of them dropped the ball for one customer. They need better management and training for employees. I will not be going back even though it’s the only...
Read moreLast night My husband and I decided to check out DD for the FIRST time and use our dunkin’ Donuts card from our T-mobile app and our experience was horrible. We went through the drive-thru and said we had an order online from the app and the male employee said “OH THE APP” with attitude, seems like he didn’t care for our needs simply because we wanted to redeem our free drinks & doughnuts. We asked questions and every time he talked to us he carried his words and answered every question we had very unprofessional. We ended up driving to the window and the female at the window was VERY rude as well. I asked her is that guy we talked to ok? I wanted to talk to him face to face to try and figure out why he was talking to us the way he was. We talked to him and told him we didn’t appreciate the way he was talking to us and all of a sudden he’s talking to us right. He said he was talking slow because people can’t hear him and he didn’t want to have to repeat himself. I work in the industry as well and that is very unprofessional. We drove about 15 minutes to this place, waisted our time and gas to get horrible service! We didn’t even end up eating or drinking what we ordered because we didn’t trust it. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently he was the manager which shocked me on how he was acting. A manager should not act like that to customers in any situation. I don’t know who would leave those kids in charge. Alejandro and Leslie (Lettie) are workers that need some more training!!! Especially the manager...
