I have to first say that I have enjoyed their chicken in the past. However, today has to have been my last visit. Today was about the 3rd bad experience with the quality of their Chicken Tenders and Customer Service. Since I had already had a bad experience with the size of the tenders, I asked the employee taking the order if she could please verify that i would get normal size tenders, since I hadn't on my last 2 visits. The employee agreed, but i could hear giggling as if she just brushed it off. I proceeded to the window to pay $31.38 for a 16 piece Tender Meal. I didn't bother to check since I was already exhausted and I had politely asked the employee to verify my order. Not only was the food cold, but there must have been 6 good size tenders and the rest could have passed for nuggets and crumbs of fried flour. I took pictures and called the manager for clarity. I was disappointed since I was given no apology and I could hear her laughing under her breath when I told her the tenders were the size of nuggets. I could not get another order since it was eaten from already. The manager, Caro, was rude, inconsiderate and indifferent to my complaint.    Read moreOkay! First off, the only reason they are getting 1 star is because the food is good. Now, every time I come to this particular store between 5pm-7pm, they have a long line. Not so much the problem. The problem is the customer service via the drive-through. This female in the drive-through cut me off multiple times throughout me delivering my order to her. And my friend and I knew after the order was finish that it was going to be wrong. We ordered two green beans sides with our mixer and one side of french fries now. This female Cut me off as I was talking and did not repeat my order back to me. When I got to the window, my order was wrong. She put two french fries and one green bean because she failed to listen and read back my order. When I told her the order was wrong she rudely tried to correct me and said âI read your order back to you.â I told her âNo, you didnât because you cut me off before I could correct you, gave me my total and turned off the speaker.â She the proceeding to ask for one of the fries back which during COVID-19 is a high risk for contamination! She took the fries back took about three minutes to come back with the green beans. The is unacceptable and a health hazards.    Read moreI usually take my time to take pics but I was so frustrated with this restaurant I wasn't able to. We went through the drive-through only to be told rudely that they were only taking orders in the lobby. Losing money with denying possible customers service...We drove around and went inside to the lobby to order. Once inside the person at the register said they were out of several items. I placed my order and wow was so super expensive! While I waited the icemachine in the lobby didn't work. A couple was trying to get ice cream, and the person at the register just watched as nothing came out of the machine.. she stood their and said nothing to them.. So the ice cream was also out. The workers making the orders seemed to hate working there and made faces every time new customers walked in. I got home with the food and everything was thrown on top of the tenders. This location needs to be retrained on how to run a restaurant. Very Bad experience here.
