UPDATE BE AWARE: Was satisfied at first, Jamie was my salesperson. Realized the mattress I was sold was apparently 10” never expanded to full size and was not the one i had originally saw in the store.. Called the store and said they could replace it with another item for a higher cost to which I refused due to being a single person on a budget. BEWARE, do not go with SNAP finance they’re predatory she (Jamie, my sales person) said I was on a 90 day payout and this was not true they signed me up for an 18 month agreement which would end up having me pay out over $800 for a $300 mattress. She DID NOT INFORM ME OF THIS I called customer service so they worked w me for a six month finance and they changed my payment to $50 for 6 months, now I’m getting notices I’ve been charged interest for missed weekly payments. VERY PREDATORY. TURNS OUT AFTER DOING MY RESEARCH THIS FINANCE COMPANY HAS HAD A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST THEM. I’m sure she’s well aware of this too and just wanted to make a sale. Typical salesperson. Slimey… you’re better off getting one off Amazon. I paid for a full 10”, apparently. I found 12” queen sized mattress online for the same price and...

Andrew and Nick were awesome associates to work with. They made sure all our questions were answered and all our concerns had dissipated. I loved working with this team and can’t wait for my new bed frame to be delivered.

*update: while the sales team was great in convincing me to purchase the bed frame the lack of communication between the sales team and warehouse has me frustrated. We were promised the bed frame to be delivered on or before the 25 of October. It is now the 27 of October and we have a tentative date… by the end of this month. When I called (there was no communication with me about any delays the entire three weeks I was waiting) I was told I would receive a call back the next day which I didn’t receive. I had to call again a couple of days later with the promise that I would get an answer soon. Apparently soon meant the next day and I would have to call them twice. Very disappointed in how they handled this situation after I had spent good money in the store.

*second update: JR stepped in and did what he could to ensure the promises that were made to us were kept. A frame was delivered to us today and communication...

Needed a recliner and called Furniture Outlet. Nick answered and was very pleasant and courteous. Nick text me a photo of recliner on the floor and info about recliner. We went to Furniture Outlet store to try out the recliner and it was a perfect fit. The store is super clean and well organized. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly, professional and appreciative of our business. We had an issue getting recliner home as it didn’t fit in SUV. But Nick and his manager worked it out and were able help us and got it delivered same day. Pablo and Joe delivered our recliner. Both Pablo and Joe were professional and kind. Got our recliner in and setup instantly. From the phone call start to finish delivery was excellent. I highly recommend Furniture outlet store epitome of a great furniture business.
