I am very upset with this place of business. I went in 2 weeks ago spoke to the only person working that I needed 2 images printed out for a specific date & that pricing would not be a factor. She encouraged me to send an email out to the email provided with my images & date that I was needing them by. I sent the email on May 30th 2025 did not receive response until Wednesday June 4th 2025. Stating that adding words to the image will be additional cost & how many that I needed. I responded that cost is not a problem & if I can get them by Friday 06/06/2025 as I stated the specific date in the first email. I was needing 2 different images printed only 1 of each. I didn't get a response. So I emailed again the next day on 05/05/2025 on the status of my request. Email stated we do not just print out 1 or 2 images. I was dumbfounded by the last email that employee had sent. I explained to her that was not what was told to me & that if this was the case & was told otherwise I would have taken my business elsewhere & not have wasted mine or theirs time. Now here I am the day I need these images done with no one to assist. If the communication to their employees & customers would have been consistent I wouldn't be here giving your business a 1 star review. And 1 star is more than your business deserves. Great selection of HTV and Vinyl, incredible selection of ribbon and bows... the selection of T-shirt’s wasn’t what I expected, but people... be realistic - you read these reviews and some people are ignorant. This is a locally owned and operated shop, it’s not a commercial giant. Be happy and proud that we have something worth the drive instead of the shipping fees and wait time. Everything is priced right so YOU can make a profit from YOUR crafts. And with everything in life, have patience. I was not treated rudely nor was I ignored during my time there. I spoke with an employee and she answered my rookie questions with no hesitation. And not every employee is a direct reflection of the business... overall, It was a pleasure walking in and giving a small Latina owned shop my business and I will continue to do it again. I am a regular to this store and have always known the previous manager to be kind and knowledgeable of products. The ladies are very polite and seem to know a lot on products, but the new manager is a creep and doesn’t know anything. He makes inappropriate comments about any women who come into the store. Every time I go he is always belittling the girls working there and they look like they hate their jobs. I overheard him once talking bad about his other coworkers in the back as well.The store carpet gets worse every time I go and the store looks like it’s getting over crowded with products. I have expressed my concerns to the owner on Facebook but she seems to not care. The management is horrible, the store is run down, and the owner does not seem to care.
