At approximately 3:45 AM August 8th Friday morning I was door dashing went to go pick up an order from Jack-in-the-Box at this location in the morning. A gentleman that was working. The drive-through window was very rude. Went to the speaker box. I was like say what then he said second window as he raised his voice, so I went ahead and went forward. There was another car in front of me soon as that car took off I went to drive through the window. He said the food is not ready yet. OK so of course I went on my DoorDash app and put the food wasn’t ready yet. Line was kind of busy and they’re just now preparing it and so whenever he finally brought the food maybe like 10 minutes later I gave the customer’s name and the person that was working the drive-through window didn’t even respond whenever I asked for the person‘s name while I was trying to pick up a order for Doordash. When he handed me the bag, he handed me the bag with an attitude like here! I was trying to make sure everything was there. Jack-in-the-Box, the people who you hire you need to keep them on a short leash need to have them learn some respect to respect their customers that’s uncalled for he was very rude And it was just so beyond. I would hate for him to treat other...

I puts order through the mobile app and when I went to pick up the person working was very rude to me about my order. Due to the fact he gave it to someone other then me and told me there was nothing he could do. And slammed the drive thru window on me. I had to honk for him to come back so I could ask for a number of his supervisor and he was very angry towards me. And gave me card and said her personal number is on the card. Which means n fact it's the number to the jack in the box that nobody answers. And when I went to back in the day time. The manager said there was nothing she could do about my money they got off my card to feed somebody else. And I asked for her supervisor number and I called and she said that there was nothing she could do because the night person gave it to the right person that ordered it. And I told her if that was true I would not be complaining about my money. And she told me she had to get with her boss and call me back and I have not heard anything from anybody about this issue. So if you want your money stolen by the employees of jack in the box then this is the place to be. Because in the end it looks like Jack really screwed me out my money. Wanted to add more to this review of Jack in the Box overall, but more specifically this location 3155 S Padre Island Dr Corpus Christi, TX 78415. This Kostoryz location, revitalized my outlook and faith in Jack B. Been going off / on past 10+ years (not at the location aforementioned) and has been lackluster, chewy, burnt, greasy not clean traps. Just bad. Only out of necessity and convenience did we order from Jack in the Box while heading out of town. Holy cow, this location was spot on awesome. Fresh, clean, efficient, the food, the sandwiches were presentation style, like you see advertised, nobody gets that but it was very aesthetically appealing. Aside from that, it ... Tasted...So..GOOD! The curly seasoned fries are actually worth mentioning. The sandwich though, wow, just wow. Fast forward, heading back into town few days later... Mmm 🤔, decided to stop again, maybe it was a fluke, nope. It was Amazing! Again! Only two times sampled but certainly turned my views around.
