Had a very bad experience with with Garza furniture. First they had me finance with Acima (90) day to pay otherwise the furniture will cost triple if not paid by then. So without my consent they were going to finance with them so we had to call & cancel contract. Second got financed with Synchrony, for a bed & this is without interest rate Im going to end up paying $2400 for a bed & mattress. Not to say a dresser no just a bed, mattress & bed saver totaled $2400 & that was my limit. So they made sure after adding the bed & mattress they would add on more charges to the total for the open account credit total. Andrew a sales manager, lied to me after I decided to go back & make the the purchase & even threatening about I was having buyers remorse. Never was it due to buyers remorse, but when people are not honest I will speak. Was lied to several times he had commented that they could add the delivery to the account, which in return that did not happen either. This was my bad experience & I'm glad others had a good experience, but just to warn others buying for the first time to make sure exactly what your buying & who your financing. By the end I had three different contacts of the purchase which totaled the entire $2400. line of credit. This had never happened to me with other furniture stores, but we learn from bad experiences & dishonest people...

Wish I can give 0 stars I REGRET giving my business to this place the only reason I got their services is because I got a great sales consultant that truly helped me and was very knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond to get what i wanted at a great price, but unfortunately management here is horrible and liars. So call manager name Andrew lie about Not been manager and not been able to help me and lie to consultant saying and putting words in my mouth that I never even said. I asked to speak with a manager superior then him and I was supposed to get a call that same day and I I didn't. It's been almost a week if not the week already and I haven't gotten a call or anything . My items arrived few days ago and they didn't had the courtesy to call me at least and let me know. But thanks to my consultant although she was sick and out of work she always kept me posted and inform. Rude and unprofessional management. i had told my consultant I was gonna order 2 other complete bed sets and dining set and other stuff as I am remodeling my home and it's not my consultants fault, but the unprofessionalism of the so call managers that make this experience bad.
