This was the first time at this I-Hop. We were pretty excited to come in here until we got seated. Our first impression was the entrance actual building, it looks new and in good condition, however, the entrance door was broken, in the sense that once you let go of the door, it would shut down fast and very loud! We got seated almost immediately. We noticed the floors extremely dirty and some tables being balanced by extremely worn paper napkins. The booth that was given to us felt dirty. The back of the booth had a tear. The paper wall next to the booth and the glass dividers were stained and dirty. We started looking around and noticed the rest of the glass dividers in the same condition. Looked up in the ceiling and the panels had brown stains and just looked old and dirty. There was also a wooden white frame on the ceiling that was broken. Went into the bathrooms to wash our hands and there were not fully stocked and dirty. This was just our first impression of the place, we hadn't even ordered yet! As we were ready to order, the waitress had a friendly attitude but also looked stressed and busy. I asked about a cold coffee drink and she told me they didn't have it available. Then, I inquired about the shakes and was told the machine wasn't working unless I didn't mind having the ice cream shake too melted. I decided to get water and asked to have lemons with it. Since she also made us aware that the soda machine wasn't working either. Something to do with proper carbonation. My husband asked for coffee and his cup arrived dirty all over. She overheard my husband complaining to me and she made it right and brought him a different coffee in a completely clean cup. My water arrived without lemons. I was already bothered by the whole experience and lemons didn't matter anymore. The food was served correctly without any issues. While eating, I noticed how our waitress was not only attending to customers but was also clearing and cleaning tables. No refills were offered during the course of our meals. I just felt customer service was not the priority, mainly because of the lack of staffing. They weren't nailing customer service nor cleanliness. We have gone to many I-Hops in three different states, this one doesn't not meet I-Hop basic nor high standards. Where is Management in this location? What is the Area Manager doing to hold management accountable to keep this I-Hop up to code?

My husband and I were out on business this morning and missed our breakfast. Most of the places I thought of we knew there would be a long wait , since this IHop is out of the way , we went . BIG MISTAKE!! The food was barely ok. My husband had the bisquits and gravy plate. His bisquits ok , the gravy had NO SEASONING , and for a plate of bisquits and gravy, there was very little gravy . He asked our server, Carla M. for more, he finally got it, but she never said there was a 2.00 charge!!?? He did not have coffee even before food came , she asked if we were good , we both had a mouthful of food. One pat of butter on bottom pancake for a stack of 3 , she did finally bring more with a to go box , bill ,and a coffee carafe for him ( at end of meal) I had a steak omelet and asked for no tomatoes and no onions , it had onions , she did write no onions , so cooks must not be able to read. I am not allergic to onions ( which could have been bad) I just did not really want them. My omelet was not cooked well ,the front half was very watery, I know I had mushrooms, but back half was cooked. Then the person clearing table let a used salsa cup slide off plate, and it went to my outside purse pocket , it did not turn over , there was some salsa left ,but it did have syrup on bottom, so I had to work to get that off. It was an accident , but he should pay attention. So overall, we will not be back. For $32.00 ( I had water), the food and service were not good.

This was my first time ever coming here. It's so popular and yet I had never been to this widely known gem. Upon entering, you can feel the peaceful environment and smell the goodness in the air. It looks a little small but when finally sitting down you'll see that it's just a play on the eye since they're pretty much busy all the day long. Our server was wonderful and spot on. When my companion asked about working there he was enthusiastic and happy to inform her about his line of work. The food was just wonderful and the coffee amazing. Aside from hearing a waitress complaining about her tables being cashed out, which was very unprofessional and should not be discussed openly in the dining area, everything was perfect. The place was clean and just smelled lovely. 👍👍!! Great job, guys. Keep up the good work. Did you know they are open 24 hours? Yup. So you can visit this place anytime. I like that very much. Recommend this restaurant to everybody.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. As we were entering the restaurant a girl was walking out very very upset because she was in the restaurant waiting on someone to seat her . 15 mins passed so she decided to just leave. My husband, my daughter and myself didn't want to drive the extra 8 miles to the other ihop on SPID so we went ahead and decided to go in and try it. We waited about 5 mins in the waiting are , until my husband decided to go to the kitchen and find someone working . It was a lady she sat us down and took our drink order . Took a good 15 mins took bring our drinks to us. When we started ordering I asked her if on the child's menu we could do substitution ( she said no) my daughter is a vegetable lover. But the child's menu really doesn't have any vegetables on them except corn . So I decided to just go ahead and add it. For some reason while we were ordering , she made me feel as if I didn't have money to pay for my food. Because for everything we added on our plates she would be like ( it's going to be an extra charge) something we are very familiar with because we always order the same thing when we go to ihop. Honestly I don't recommend this place . It's a really ghetto ihop. I also came on Valentine's ( midnight) with my son after I got out of work. The waitress kept on forgetting things. The cook seemed to not really care about the food he prepped for us . For it looked nothing like the picture and very sloppy. I asked for crepes they served me pancakes. Also ask for water for your coffee . Because they won't give you water w coffee. Unless you ask for it. This place needs either new management or new staff. Because I have heard a lot of bad things...

I hate to write bad reviews, but after my most recent experience at this restaurant, I believe I am obligated to write a review. We stopped at this IHOP on our way home from a long day at work. We have eaten here regularly over the years, and we have noticed the quality of the waitstaff and food slipping. But, we still kept going to the restaurant until now. Today we ordered 2 iced teas, the appetizer sampler and 2 BLTs. The appetizer sampler arrived after 20 minutes. The chicken strips were tough and cold. The waiter told us that he was new, but he was working there 2 weeks ago when we ate there. Surely after at least 2 weeks of employment, he should know how to enter orders into the computer! He never even placed our orders for the 2 BLTs. We waited an hour and we never received our sandwiches! The waiter would stop by our table periodically and act shocked and amused that we had not received our sandwiches yet and that we hadn't left! The booth beside us contained two people and they finally gave up and left, never receiving any of their food order. When it became clear that the waiter, for some reason, would not or was unable to place our sandwich order with the kitchen, we paid for the two iced teas and appetizer sampler, about $18, and left. I realize that the IHOP chain is rapidly fading away, but we have fond memories of IHOP from our college days. I guess that is why we have continued eating at IHOP all these years. But make no mistake, we will never eat at another IHOP again, and this particular location is to blame. Avoid...
