Update: finally got to try and eat the soup (after not being able to eat it when I got it due to it being late and lukewarm), microwaved it (the second time, if employee is to be believed, which she is not) and attempted to eat it. Potatoes hard as rocks sitting in yellow goo...absolutely disgusting.
15 year patron of this Jasons Deli now looking for a new place to get decent soup:
Waited in curbside for a bowl of soup that never came. Called restaurant. Girl brings it out and notes: "I made them warm it up for you", meaning it sat on a counter while I was fully ignored, in the curbside space, had notified them I was there, AND they can see the spaces from behind the counter... then when I called they claim to have MICROWAVED the soup because it was cold, after it had been sitting on a counter for goodness knows how long!!! It was barely lukewarm.
Further, there is NO MECHANISM FOR ASSISTANCE EXCEPT THROWING A FIT IN THE RESTAURANT. Tried Calling Jason's Deli customer service number, was told since they're a "franchisee" who is basically just using the name, they don't care. Then they just hung up. Called Jason's location, but got the same girl who brought out the cold soup, but I guess the crushed chocolate chip cookie she shoved into my hand is my dinner now, so I gave up and informed her she could now proudly brag she chased off a customer who, in addition to being a customer here for 15 years, was previously a customer in another town, for over 5 years. So a 20 year customer lost through sheer laziness, and a total lack of customer service. 20 years.

Read moreUpdated review: I called in an order and the lady asked me more specific questions on what I wanted. They forgot the ranch, thank God I checked my bag before leaving because the ranch is a big deal here! I will add more stars after I make a few more call in orders to make sure they are keeping up with customer satisfaction on call ins.
Old review: I called in an order for pick up.. I will never do that again. You'll be better pleased going in and eating. Definitely not worth $10. I ordered the beef eater with chips. I got the beef eater but where the hell are the chips! They gave me a bag of kettle cooked salted potato chips. I've never had to specify what kind of chips I wanted because anytime I ordered this meal I always received the ruffle chips and a hell lot more then 10 pcs. The chips are what made the meal and there just isn't enough. I'm giving a 2 star rating. 1 for picking up the phone, and 1 for actually having the ranch I asked for in the bag ready to go. When I look at the photos online for the beef eater I see something satisfying... this however isn't. Dine in experience is on Q. Great service, everything is always correct. Read moreWe ordered for delivery and an hour later had to call because our order hadn't been delivered. The girl confirmed our address with us and told us that it was out for delivery... another hour went by and no delivery yet. So we call again, the person we talked to was so extremely rude as if we had done something to him..!!?? We just said "Don't worry about it, we don't want it anymore." Then, the "manager" calls us back only to "explain" that the driver got lost because he had the wrong address and he had the nerve to try to imply that we have the wrong address to begin with!!! We were just fed up with the whole situation, we repeated the same thing "Forget about it, we don't want it anymore." This so called "manager" made no attempt to make up for their mistake; the bad experience they provided to us. We will not be ordering OR dining at this Jason's Deli again. We have never experienced such bad customer service ever. We only gave 1star because they didn't have a 0star option! We ordered from the Saratoga location and they delivered within 35 minutes after us placing the order. We are further from Saratoga location than the Airline location....
