Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Absolutely terrible service. Placed my order in the drive thru at 7:05. By 7:36 I was being issued a refund for never receiving my order. My order was a hot and ready pepperoni and crazy bread.

The employee working the window, Alize is the name on the receipt, came to the window to take my money and then that was it. I never saw him again. I waited for 30 minutes. I honked my horn 3 separate times. He heard me because he would come toward the window but not open it. At one point he cracked the window opened but then just walked away.

I ended up going inside. That's when I saw Alize FINALLY walk to the window and take the money from the next vehicle. That really made me mad. Seemed like he was just waiting for me to leave so he could go back to work pretty much. There were 3 people waiting inside. One said she had been waiting and no one had taken her order. There were a stack of pizzas that were in the hot and ready oven so I don't know why they weren't being served.

I asked for a refund. The manager, Natasha was the name on that receipt, came up and gave me a refund and then a free pizza. She didn't make eye contact with me and never apologized for the wait. She just said they didn't have any pizzas available, as I said there were a stack of them, and that they didn't have any crazy bread available. I went Friday around 4:45 to pick up an order my family and I had placed at 9 am for my little sisters birthday party. First off all I walked in and waited 8 minutes for them to give me service. The whole 8 minutes they were cussing, saying the n word and ignoring me and another customer the whole time. Finally some guy with an Edgar haircut finally greeted me and I told him I had an order to be picked up. He and this girl came back saying they couldn’t find my order and that their wifi is down. I then just told them I can wait and said that our order was for 5 pizzas. They both got annoyed and the guy handed me a quarter and said “I’ll give you a quarter if you just leave, better yet I’ll grab some Pennie’s for you if you just walk out right now.” Another guy arrived and he was may more helpful and told the guy something but he didn’t seem to care. I was not upset about the wait and the wifi being down I know stuff like that happens , I have worked at little Caesars in the past and went thru situations like that but was never rude to someone like that. It’s sad people like that exist, but i guess $8 an hr doesn’t cut...

i placed an order at 5:20pm, got an email that my order was ready at 5:44pm. show up to the restaurant they don’t have my pizza and start it from scratch. while i’m waiting on my pizza they employees are arguing back and forth, cussing at each other, grabbing fistfuls of cheese threatening to throw it at each other, playing glorilla while singing and twerking along in the middle of the kitchen. people kept coming inside from the drive through saying nobody was answering the speaker. another woman after me wanted to ask for a refund to as she had been waiting almost as long as i had. i don’t get my pizza until around 6:15 and they made it wrong. this was the most insane, ridiculous and frustrating visit ive ever had. i ended up asking for a refund so i wouldn’t have to wait another 30min for a pizza that could or could not be what i ordered. when the manager came to give me a refund he barely apologized and honestly seemed like he could care less. this location used to my favorite and i could always count on quick and accurate orders, but today was so annoying and a complete...
