If I could rate this No stars I would! This morning I used the mobile app and sent my breakfast order through by 10:05 A.M. and was charged $19.21. Received the email confirmation by 10:18 A.M. When I arrived at this McDonald’s location I gave the cashier my 4 digit code and they located my order but the cashier Roxanne said I was late to pick up my order and that I was only charged for the bacon strips which was a lie because in the McDonald’s app it charged me for my entire order that was for my family, She then begin to get rude and loud through the drive thru intercom and started yelling at me and I had my 2 small kids and newborn baby in the vehicle with me she made them and myself feel uncomfortable, Nothing was getting resolved so I then asked for the manager then I drove to the window where I started speaking with the manager Alice, she then said that there was nothing that could be done and wouldn’t receive my refund until couple of days, she then said I can go look and see what we have and can make your order she then comes back to the window with Roxanne to not only tell me that they have everything to make my order but will have to charge me Again for a second order which I then declined, they close the window and began just laughing at me. Read moreI know this place can be slow and very off putting by the location directly across from the Fire Station and at the intersection of South Staples and Weber Road. In fact I try to avoid that intersection all together if possible. 2 nights ago Monday 6/14 after having an incredibly bad day I chose to stop there to grab something to eat because I didn't feel like going anywhere further than I needed to as it was on my way home. Literally in tears from the day I was greated warmly had my order taken and was told to drive to the 1st window. The voice on the other end was filled with so much joy I immediately began to smile and by the time I paid for my order the tears had stopped. As I drove to pick up my order wiping tears from my face the young woman handed me my meal, noticed something was wrong and simply said, "It'll get better." Then thanked me for coming. The stress of the day melted away and these 2 Employees changed my day for the better so much more than I can ever thank them. I tried calling to tell their manager how much it meant to me to be taken care of with such incredible care but tragically I never got their names. Read moreAs a doordash driver every time you come in here to pick up an order they treat you like you're going to steal the food and walk away. Nobody's doing their job to hand you the bag of food that you're trying to pick up, to deliver to your customer. So you have to take a picture of the bag to show the customer why their food is sitting there getting cold, when McDonald's customer service sucks and manhandled has a big head taps your in the shoulder and questions you about "why did you take the picture? Can you confirm it because there's a lot of creeps and weirdos"! BEING LOUD ABOUT IT! I was very embarrassed at her actions and implying that about me. Why did i take the picture? It's because you won't do your job and welcome people when they walk into the store and you make them stand there forever and employees look at the customers, and the doordash drivers that are standing there and do not acknowledge them, and let customers orders get ice cold! It's not just this McDonald's! It's every McDonald's I've ever had to pick up at. But this was just the last straw for me I'm a five-star Platinum rated doordash driver why in the hell am I going to take somebody's food?
