When I ordered there was a person taking the orders outside they were very rude but that was understandable someone having to stand outside all day just taking orders can be very tiresome. I then moved up to the window to pay and something happened with their systems to where I had to make my order again. Then drove up to the pickup window and was told to move up to the second pickup window and wasn't given anything no drinks or anything like that I had ordered ice cream cones and usually that's the first thing they give you while you're waiting for the food. So sitting at the second pick up window when they finally gave me my food the guy says have a good day and I said I have no drinks or ice cream cones yet and he made a face and left. He came back with my drinks and no ice cream cones, I told him what about the ice cream cones he proceeded to ask me where my receipt was to see if there was ice cream cones on my receipt. I looked for it in my vehicle and found a receipt because I usually crumble receipts up and just throw them in the back so the receipt I found did not have ice cream cones on it and it was almost similar to what I had ordered so I told him oh well I guess not can I order some right now so he tells me that they don't have any ice cream right now the ice cream machine is down. And I was surprised because I told him I specifically told the person who I ordered with that I wanted ice cream cones and they said nothing about not having ice cream and I'm almost positive they charged me for it so he kept saying there was no ice cream so I just gave up and said okay and he left. So I pulled out of the drive-thru and parked off to the side kept looking at the receipt I had picked up and figured out it was not the right one so I looked for the right one and found it looked over the receipt and yes they had charged me for ice cream cones so I get off go inside to ask for the ice cream cones and that same person sees me sees what they told me was a lie it comes walking towards me and then just stop submit track turns around and walks away.I told the employee who actually helped me with the ice cream cones what had happened and all they told me was oh we're sorry about that.... Someone else being in a bad mood or having a bad day would have caused a really big scene. Good thing I did not feel like ruining my day just a fact of being lied to straight to your face and then ignored and then having your time wasted when it's someone who's getting paid to do that job I understand if someone was doing community service or volunteer work, but that's your job you chose that profession...
Read morewill never stop at this McDonald's ever again! 10:44 a.m., i drive up to the speaker in the drive thru, and when i was greeted, i asked the lady if they were serving lunch too. I was told that they were, so I ordered a large quarter pounder w/cheese meal, with a Fanta Orange and a beef bacon smoke house. After i paid and drove up to the second window, I was handed my drink and asked to pull up to a third window so that they could bring it to me when it was finished. Now, i don't know if it's just common practice to pull every other vehicle up to a spot to run their food when they have it made here in corpus, or if it's just my dumb luck, but EVERY time i hit a drive thru they pull me off their timer. I've been a fast food manager for over 15 years before moving here and can tell you this behavior is highly frowned upon when there are multiple customers involved. I counted four or five vehicles pulled up AFTER me. 15 minutes after being pulled ahead i had to get out of my car, go in for my food, and wait yet ANOTHER 7 minutes!! Wha!?! That's not the best part!! I know the managers on the clock were both aware of the issue on my order. However, the manager handed the order to a younger lady who handed me my bag. I asked them why it had taken 22 minutes to receive two sandwiches and a large fry. This girl just stands there and shrugs and tells me "there wasn't anyone back there to cook it." Again...WHA?!?! The manager should have been the one to approach me with my food, apologized at least for making me come in after choosing to use their Drive thru, and for the time it took to get it to me!!! The MANAGER, not some young girl that shouldn't be held accountable for the dysfunction of the restaurant. My quarter pounder was already bagged when i got into the restaurant so it was ice cold when i bit intoit but at least my fries were hot. If I could score this review at a zero, or even below....I completely would. I'm highly...
Read moreToday I went into McDonalds and your manager Curtis was being very unprofessional. I went as a dasher and I simply asked if all items where in the bag cause I didn’t see the drink, so me making sure the order is complete he gets angry with me and starts rushing me telling me to hurry up and confirm the order I told then told him I need to take a photo of the meal and he wouldn’t let it go so I could properly take a photo of the receipt on the bag I tried to fix the bag to face me to take a proper photo but he yanks the Oder out my hand and tells me to hurry up out of frustration I then told him I know how to do my job he then said I need to be quicker but my phone loads the photo slowly, I then asked for his name and he said it was Mike so I asked for he position and he turned his back on me so I asked the closet employee for his name and he told me it was Curtis. Is this the type of managers you have running yalls stores. I’ve been a manager for 6 years and I’ve never treated a guest or any type of customer weather if there purchasing something or taking an order to a paying customer I treat everyone with respect!! If he can’t handle the pressure of being a manger and is gonna be having attitude for no reason he should just demote himself I can only imagine what his employees go through working with that type of attitude!! I would like it if I could get a reply back with a apology for...
