Worst guest service ever. I am a delivery personal, I arrived went into restaurant and waited for like 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. The manager came to counter and asked if I had been helped, no I answered. I proceeded to tell him the names of the orders and he said they are working on it. I stood aside. There was 4 other people after me that ordered and all got their orders before me. I had been standing and waiting now going on 30 minutes. I asked the manager why is it taking so long if these are orders that are online and already paid for. He proceeded to tell me i can wait or not there is the door. I told him I'm waiting these people I am delivering for are customers too. He again dismissed me and said i didn't have to wait. So I again began stating that these are paying customers. So he in turn said for no one to make the orders he was canceling them. Needless to say I got the orders and delivered with apologies for the wait. You know just because the food is being delivered and you are not directly dealing with tbe paying customer doesn't mean that you can disregard it like it doesn't matter. I as that delivery personnel will advocate for thoses customers. They paid for their food in advance and probably at higher fee for the convenience of online ordering and delivery. Read moreAs someone who comes here often I’ve never had a problem with service. Food is always delicious, service is good and speed of service is consistent with the time of day. But today was just an anomaly or something. The lady working the window was just really rude! From beginning to end. Now when I called them to let them know they made a mistake on my order, they immediately went into defense mode. They were really calm on the phone but when I arrived in person!!! Jesus!! They had the cook come out first, he rudely took my item back, I tried to explain what was wrong and he just cut me off and closed the window. ( keep in mind he had his gloves on the whole time touching the window and surrounding drive threw surfaces) then the drive threw lady came back to the windows with a very condescending attitude and was telling me I need to made certain adjustments to my order to prevent this mistake. My response was that I order this all the time, I literally been ordering the same thing for years. Today the cook might have been a little heavy handed with the seasoning today. It’s ok! She wasn’t having it closed the window on me again. Now the cook come back with (with gloves on again ) and hands me the food with out comment and closed the window. Read moreI work for a delivery agency who prides itself on touchless orders at first they were nice enough to say if I had a bag and I told him yes then I was told that the order would be ready in 10 minutes that they just entered into the system which I can understand. it took over 15 to 20 minutes for the order to come out Also not a single of the employees were wearing name tags and a couple of them were rude to me so I couldn't tell you who they were or even if one of them was the manager. we also pride ourselves in touchless orders and that includes everything from the french fries to the drink's. When I explained to the employee that we're not allowed to touch any items of the order which includes the drinks I asked her if she could fill it for me she replied and said all the other delievery drivers do it. I guess that makes it a touch order not a touchless order. I don't think there's is anything you can do to make up for your employees or the management or anything you can do to make it right I think you need to re-evaluate your hiring abilities to hire a good and...
