HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD FOOD, NOT HONORABLE I caution everyone reading this – DO NOT GO TO SCHLOTZSKY’S ON WEBER RD. I just had the worst experience of my life with management/General Manager Irene. Every item that I ordered was made wrong. I ordered the Deluxe Original which is supposed to be double to meat and add turkey, but all we got was a thin shaving of meat and definitely no turkey added. They also added a ton of jalapenos all we tasted were jalapenos. We ordered a pizza and mind you its 7.99 for this pizza, but where in creation have you ever seen a pizza with one slice of pepperoni per piece? Especially at that price. But that is not the worst part of the pizza – it was beyond salty! Excruciatingly salty. Then I ordered cinnamon rolls at 15.99 a box and the entire order was black! Black rolls on top, black rolls on the bottom and the “icing” looked like dried paste that had not been mixed. I spoke to the night manager and I was offered a refund and remake, but I had to wait until the next day. The next morning I spoke to General Manager Irene she did not honor anything and I even gave her back all of their bad food! Since we ordered through Favor she said I had to take it up with them. But it was not FAVOR that burned our cinnamon rolls. It was not Favor that put a ton of jalapenos on our sandwiches made the order wrong. It was not Favor that tried to rip us off and be cheap on the meat that they put in their sandwiches and on top of their pizza’s. It was not Favor that made their joke of a pizza salty. This is the service you will get from their GM Irene. This is the type of food you will get at this location. They are not honorable people! Do not trust them. And if you can’t trust them to make you food right then you surely can’t trust them to do right by you if they mess up your order and go cheap on everything! I am thankful to God I didn’t have them make the order over again – Lord knows what they would have done to our food! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Bad people, bad food, bad service!!! ZERO...

This location is terrible. There is always a problem with my order every single time. Employees have blamed me for getting the wrong order. Been pretty much refused a refund twice as of today. Not sure why I go back other than it's conveniently located by my work. I placed an order online once again today at 6:33 got to the store around 6:40; order wasn't ready. People behind me order 3 sandwiches and while I am waiting they get there food. At this point it's almost 7:00 so I ask for a refund. Manager audibly from the back says, "Well he is going to have to wait I am busy." Guess what.... customers can be busy too. Hopefully corporate will issue me a refund because to me that was a refusal. This location is a no go for me. My mind has been pretty much been blown by the incompetence and rudeness of the stores Employees. On a side note on a prior visit where they gave me the wrong sandwich they took it and threw it away. Another lady in the store had a wrong item given to her and they let her keep the sandwich. I would hate to say it but I think a little bit of racism might be a problem here. Oh well. So I went to the drive thru at the weber location. When ordering my sandwiches with the vegies on the side pickles and hot sauce the girl taking my order let out a big sigh like if I was asking for too much. I get my order checked the bag. No pickles no hot sauce. I flagged her down and she "hands" me hot sauce no bag. Then comes back and handed me the pickles in a the clear bag they put them in. I guess putting everything in a side bag was hoping for too much. I get home and they forgot to add the avocado to my sandwich and its not on the side. So I think no big deal I'll just add the lettuce and tomatoes. I open the containers for the lettuce and tomatoes to what smelled like decaying vegetables. Sure enough as you can see in the pictures brown lettuce and then ends of some green unripe tomatoes. This is not the first time I've been given old veggies. And not the first time I've gotten an incomplete sandwich. The sad part is it wasnt even that busy. Looking at the food I was given I can see why it was slow.
