Sorry i have to give a bad review on my favorite buger place . went there on Saturday after the Buckner parade around 11:00pm order food and manager came out with a order that wasnt ours then never heard back then after waiting 40min a carhop came out with our order check my food it was ice cold!! so pushed button again manager name antwone answer said he would be right out never came out and ran by us 2 then waited pushed button again a young man answered said he would check on it nothing so drove around to the front got out went to the door and young man came out said he was sorry about that but after waiting a hour i didnt wont to hear it manager antwone came out said he never said he spoke with me was rude about it and swear up and down he never talk to us then ask me what person bought my food out and i question him why does that matter just forget the food can i just get my money back antwone said hold on went to look to the carhop so i went and got in the car antwone came out with my money and apologize said sorry were bizzy and short staffed and now i do remember yall now and said sorry yall had to wait so long to get your food and i am sorry it was cold .sorry sonic wont ever stop here again no one should have to wait a hour for any food at a...

On Monday 6-6-22 Ordered 2 large mozzarella sticks, a 3 PC Cinnabon bites, and large coke. Did not recieve a receipt but paid with card. When I got home the Cinnabons were raw, with literal dough in the middle. Called the store to report this and manager on duty said that they never had an order like that this morning, basically implying that I'm lying because SONIC didn't give me a receipt, but I paid with card so I proof I was there. Apparently not good enough for them.

And this isnt the first time I've received raw/undercooked food from this sonic!!! I also went to sonic on Saturday 6-4-22 (sometime in the afternoon 1-7pm), ordered a large mozzarella stick and large ocean water, and the mozzarella sticks were so undercooked that the cheese wasn't even melted, and they were cold on the inside, lukewarm at best on the outside. I didn't call this first time because maybe it was a one time mistake, but when I got my order this morning i realized that this isnt thefirst nor will it be the last time this sonic serves raw food. This to me is more more a simple error, as the food is not even cooked or edible, which should be the bare minimum for when...

Had to come on here and edit this review very terrible service from the owner down to the employees I ordered on the app checked in waited 15 minutes I told the carhop when she finally arrived that I had two orders she said ok I said I would like to have them out at the same time she went back mind you this was a manager it was taking a while so I went up to the door and asked how long this will be she said I don’t know so when it finally came out again ten minutes later it was cold due to the mound of pickles they put on it so finally I was talking to the owner or so she said she was she said sorry and tried to make up excuses why the terrible service and said she will be remaking my food personally well she took it to my vehicle I lightly inspected it thought it was right upon a much better inspection they did it wrong again and put mustard which I didn’t want 3 times wrong order and she was wondering why this location was doing bad no accountability and leadership at all will not be coming back to this location ever if I were you I would not expect to much from...
