This. We were looking for a good taco truck; this is the best. The burger is awesome and the baked potato looked amazing (didn't see it til after we'd ordered). Highly recommend. Even my pickiest kid found something to eat. For 6 people it was $70 (2 burgers, 2 nachos, 2 taco platters (5 each plus beans), 4 bacon-wrapped hot dogs, one steak quesidilla platter (3 each plus beans) and 12 bottles of water. Their asada taco isn’t the best, could use more time cooking it was squishy and pale. On the other hand! Pastor was 👌🏼 Delicious. Their green and red salsa are the creamy type ! Which is perfect. The type of white cheese they use should be replaced with cotija since that’s the authentic type for street tacos. My husband place and order of 2 hamburger to go with light mayonnaise we called them to let them know that the hamburger have a lot mayonnaise and this was their answer: They can't do it because they have a big container with a pump and they can have control of it I gave a suggestion to use a knife to remove the excess and they said they can't do it🤔 but on top my husband found a long hair in his hamburger they gave us an option to coming back and return the hamburger and have another ones.
