Los Altos — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I have no idea how this place even has a 4 star review or anything close to it. I order from several restaurants through delivery services this is one of them. I ordered breakfast tacos which specific instructions and a enchilada plate.

There was zero effort in adding in my special request which were avocado, cheese, and salsa related it even printed out on the receipt for them to see. The enchilada plate I didn't even get more than three bites into and got an upset stomach from it.. Now let's talk further about the poor presentation of this enchilada plate. They decided to use the flour tortilla method instead of the corn, there was no cheese on the inside with the beef that looked like taco bell meat instead they decided to throw an excessive amount of nacho cheese over the top and drop a few tomatoes on it, the rice was crispy and clumped as if reheated too much, lastly the refried beans were slightly soupy.

It is well known that you have to bring your A game when you are a Mexican restaurant in corpus since you have multiple competitors. They certainly are not trying their very best.

I will not be ordering...

I ordered ceviche tostadas and the ceviche turned allready. I had the waitress take my plate back and i got the same thing as my husband mini tacos. Which those were very good with frijoles charros on the side. My son as well as i could not eat the asado taco from the kids menu. My daughter enjoyed the rice and beans. I was disappointed since i was hoping to eat fresh and tastey ceviche like i would eat in Mazatlan. But here it was disgusting! Glad i returned it before i would if gotten food poisoning. They must of pre prepared it a while ago and keft it in the fridge for way too long. My son ordered Jamaica to drink and it was obviously from a powdered packet. Waitress never returned to see how my food was or if we needed extra drinks. She was too preoccupied cleaning. The place was super empty. We passed through taco jalisco and Wienerschnitzle. Now there was packed. Wish we would of went to the other locations. The tacos were very good. But the staff does not make worth of...

If I could I would give them no stars. I was told the total was 25 dollars they slide my card and said I was 2 dollars short. I had 28 in my card so I figured they might take a automatic tip out thats why it did that. But the lady was persistent that they don't. So we gave back an item the receipt said 21 and some change but then I look at my account it said almost 26 dollars. So I told her to look. I'm trying to let this lady know they charge extra and it should say it somewhere. She says that never happens that I'm the only one that had that problem. Which I'm not stupid people just probably haven't noticed cause obviously they probably ain't broke as I am at the moment. Either way I was telling her and she just kept insisting it's my banks fault. Anyways after that horrible experience I was at least happy that I would get great food. Well I asked for mollejas extra crispy and this is what I got. Soggy fat. Never will I ever go there again or suggest going...
