11/8/2024 At 6:30pm-7pm had drank a soda after my mother ordered me some food from taco bell. The the gentleman at the front that the drink taste like shyt. Of course not a sorry but got me another cup and threw that one away. Hmmmm ok. Y'all still get one star for that one. Doesn't really wow the customer. Why don't you guys get a new soda machine so it doesn't that actually let you know not to serve it because just carbonated. I took a picture of the receipt proof that i was there.
Had an interview at 7:00pm-7:30pm at night. Also after applying online it took a month or so cause I also applied last year. I understand when it comes to being low staff, the store is busy, but man let me tell you I went to the interview and it was a DRAG. No motivation like they weren’t happy to be there, paying attention to the phone than rather give the interview like you’re suppose too ; I’m my phone was off and I set my hat on the table, plus you have to be there for a year just to receive benefits. Read moreLast night I ordered a meal. Being that it was the only thing open I can understand that they could be busy and mess up my order which was meant to not have cheese or any milk related foods.
Needless to say, they botched the meal.
Next day I go back to get my meal remade, after a discussion with Three different people about the same issue I got a remade bowl, no cheese.
I get home not 10 minutes later and the rice is hard and overcooked, they DABBED the beans onto the plate, like almost nothing, the chicken was overcooked and hard and they basically just gave me everything that was old and supposed to be thrown out. My bowl was terrible and I won't be coming to this location and possibly taco bell ever again. I'm also telling all my friends and family online not to come here. This was bad. So very bad. Read moreThe over night manager (a young man) lost my order in the drive thru and then found it when I got down and showed him my phone. I paid in advance and he basically told me “sorry I don’t know how to help you there” I was going to cancel the order but I decided to get down and show him my phone. I was very kind I understand what it’s like to work in a fast pace atmosphere but the manager made it seem like it was my fault and I just stood there silently while he tried to explain to me how he wasn’t to blame. I didn’t know what to say I just asked if I had to re order or if he could please look for the order he found my order and then told me I was lucky. I felt so mistreated. I received my food and left.
