I travel all around the state and try to find small family-owned businesses to review and support. This place is now on my list for Corpus Christi. The young lady at the window was friendly and professional. I got two chorizo, egg, and potato tacos and OJ. The tortillas were excellent and definitely made this morning. Light, soft, and fluffy! The food was flavorful and seasoned just right. The green salsa was a little thinner than I’m used to but the flavor was on point. We tried the Taco Jalisco, which was generously portioned—more like a burrito than a traditional taco—served on a fresh tortilla. It was delicious and very satisfying. We also shared the chilaquiles, which were equally tasty and well-prepared.
