Normally I don't give bad reviews but the Ayers location had my gears grinding after going through the drive thru. First off, the person taking our order in drive thru wasn't speaking loud enough and seemed to be having a hard time understanding what we were ordering. Next, once we get to the window, the same black girl who took our order was very disrespectful when we asked her 2 questions. When asked about the beverages which were wrong she stated, " I didn't make the drinks," when the correct answer should be is if something is wrong and how can she fix it. When asked if she put down my order in the way I asked she seemed to be annoyed about my question. After leaving and getting home, when I went to take a drink if my sweet tea it turned out to be soda. Very disappointed with Wendy's. Hire employees that have the fervor to work and aren't prone to be rude to customers. Don't just hire them because you're short people. 👎👎!! Told me to pull forward and only one person was ahead of me. Paid almost 20 dollars and waited 25 minutes. They did not give me a receipt saying the machine was not working when I asked for one, got my food was missing a chicken burger. Had to ask for a straw cause they didn't give me one and said they did not charge me for the chicken sandwich. The next day I put the same order ON PHONE APP MENU I GOT MINUS THE EXTRA CHICKEN SANDWICH AND IT CAME OUT TO 17 DOLLARS AND 67 CENTS. SO WHERE DID THE OTHER TWO DOLLARS GO TO. Then she tried to verify spelling again. I told her it didn't matter, whatever is easiest. Then she asked if it was with a K. Seriously at this point I have been asked 3 times how to spell my name and I am just trying to order and move along. Then she proceeds to explain to me that she cares about her customers and wants to spell their name correctly etc, an explanation I didn't need. We were literally the only people I the dining room. She could have just spelt it the best way she knew how and moved along, but instead it became a big deal and then she came across as lecturing me on why she asked in the first place, further delaying the entire interaction.
