Oh wow! I ordered Long Johns fish & shrimp combo... I tried to bite into the shrimp and it disintegrated at first bite! Literally into crumbs it was SO DRY AND OLD. I turned back and walked in the restaurant, to find it super dirty. No one was sitting in the dining room but all the tables and floor were dirty. I went to the counter and showed the girl who gave me my order how both the fish and shrimp crumbled... She laughed. I guess as surprised to see that (not at my situation) she offered to make it fresh.. I guess i was hungry, so i said yes. I watched as the cook prepared it...that was great! As I waited the phone rang and I over headed the manager speaking (front counter, in front of me aka customer) she pulls out a Red binder FULL complaints! Whoa.., told them to come back in if the chicken was hard and uneatable. KFC employee while very efficient touched EVERYTHING with her hands and no gloves. Wiped the prep table with her bare hands and proceeded to box food, then put her hands in the bucket for a rag (She noticed I was looking at the first towel less wipe down) but never washed before touching food. Once again without gloves. Manager looked at several holding trays of chicken and with each tray said "yup we definitely need fresh chicken". Read moreOn May 26, 2023, my family and I went through the drive through at the KFC/LJS on leopard and violet in annaville. A young man named George who I was told was the manager in training, was extremely rude and lacking of professional integrity. He seemed panicked and in a rush even though they weren't busy. When I arrived at the window I asked if my meal came with coleslaw, he abruptly said "NO! You get fries dude". I politely asked if I could get an order of coleslaw, he yelled out to a crew member. "I NEED A COLESLAW, THIS GUY JUST ORDERD IT NOW, AND I DONT WANT TO ARGUE". I was very offended and it took every bit of strength I had to not drive around, go inside, and throat punch this guy. Read morethought i would try 1 more time after 4 not so great visits.after the last wrong order visit i called store and spoke to Mgr. GABRIEL, he apoliguzed and told me to ask for him and he would make sure order and service would be right.. KFC is lucky to have him, especially this store. because of him i decided to try 1 more time. i am glad i did. he personally made sure order was correct. very knowledgeable, honest, made no excuses ... only wanted to know how to make things right. at 1 time we would pickup dinner once a week at least, then could not get an order right so stopped all together. because of GABRIEL we will be going back more often. i am retired from the service industry after 30 years - KFC i hope you appreciate GABRIEL and realize just how lucky you are to have him. i keep emphasizing his name because in this day and age it is so hard to find anyone that cares and understands what goof service...
