Visited this location on 2/16/2025 through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Upon pulling up to the window we explained our order not once but 3 times to the girl, she then processed to ask us again what the name and items where because there were “two orders” with the same name. We then waited 10 minutes for them to provide our food. We pulled forward by the stalls where you order food and when checking the items they have us NONE OF IT WAS OUR ORDER, mind you I showed the receipt and verbally went over what should of been in our bags. We pulled back around and explained that the order was completely wrong and gave me the items that were given to us. They proceeded to ask AGAIN what our items were and we waited another 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got home a started eating our food there was a HAIR in one of our burgers. I called the restaurant and spoke to the male manager on duty and he proceeded to apologize and ask if we wanted it remade or a “free meal on us” I explained I did not want either due to the lack of customer service and the quality of the food. He then said he would refund me for the order. It’s now been a week and there was never a refund issued, I called again on 2/21/2025 and spoke to a female manager and she took my information and claimed someone would call me back. Don’t claim you will do something for your customers and then not proceed with it. Bad enough we got terrible service plus a hair on our food. Read moreI have been a customer for many years and was a user of the app. since it first became available for use. Today was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic. A simple order of two cold drinks and a large order of cheese sticks. Order place and paid for on the app. Wait for a while, show my location at the store, the menu board says there is a problem, please push red button, so I did, nothing happened for a bit, then there was a beep, and the menu board changed and my app asked me to enter location again, everything appeared fine. After another ten minutes or so it says your order is on the way, we waited an additional 5 to 10 minutes, still no food or drinks, I push the button again to talk with a young lady that said I see you ordered and we will have it out shortly. After another several minute wait, here comes the food the young lady seems friendly and hands me my food and ask if I want sauce for my cheese sticks, and I informed her that we asked that ranch dressing be included, to be told we are out of that, why we were not told that when I talked to the person about the delay or when order was placed is a mystery. Read moreSo this is the Sonic Drive-In on 7th street in Corsicana, Texas and here's my take away. When I visit basically any fast food hamburger restaurant. I don't want any type of sauce. For clarity, that's the basic Mayo, Ketchup or Mustard, oh and no tomato if I'm driving. But for some reason the order taker can't get it right. Example yesterday,I ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger, lettuce, pickle, onion. He repeat wrong I reorder 2 more times and he entered it wrong on the order menu screen. When I got to the window the very kind and helpful lady repeated my order and it was wrong so I repeated my order 3 more times before any body could hear and accept I didn't want any Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo or Tomato (I was driving) when the helpful kind lady gave me my burger she " suggested" I pull up and check my burger before driving off, I did and it was right. Now the burger review. 1. It seemed to be a thicker hamburger pattie, I could ever remember getting before. 2. It's was very hot 3. The burger wasn't smashed 4. It was made correct.
