4 months ago I wrote a 5 star review saying good food and friendly staff. Now I feel the need to revise that statement to only read Good Food.
The quality of this location has tanked. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by an empty counter and everyone else you do see avoids even looking at you.
I have countless times where I stand at the counter as people just walk on by.
Today, I placed a mobile order as always, food should be ready by 533 it says. I walk in and no food. Wait around until someone decides to acknowledge I exist. Looks up my order, tells me I owe money still...
I explained it was through the app as always, I paid and should be good to go. They ultimatley couldn't figure out what was wrong and why it was trying to have me pay.
Finally got my food after 6pm. Missing my cups for the drinks, asked for those, 1 cup wrong size (yes minor in the grand scheme of things) I would have accepted a sorry for the inconvenience but was met more with feels of it was my problem and I did something wrong.
Will I stop going? No, the food quality makes up for the lack of people who dont give a F. But I will continue to ensure my orders are 100% correct as I don't think that is too much to expect, right?

unfortunately i had a terrible experience with one of the employees this past week. i did a mobile order, when i got to the store the employee told me they were out of one of the items i ordered.
i asked if they were able to refund me for the one item or cancel the order. she said no since it was a mobile order, which is understandable, so then i asked how to go about getting a refund. the entire time she spoke to me condescendingly saying she couldn’t do it.
i work in customer service and i understand they deal with disrespectful customers all the time, but i just calmly asked for a refund on the item they didn’t have. i left with no food, feeling embarrassed about the way she spoke to me.

Believe 2nd window worker was named Ben and a female coworker who's name I was unable to overhear/collect, super pretty though if that helps narrow it down. Food was quick and cooked perfect like always. Most importantly it seemed like all the employees actually love their life. My wife and I were cracking up laughing hearing them talk about serving customers. Which leads me to believe that ownership and leaders of the restaurant actually treat their employees with respect. Highly recommend, this place was an all around highly pleasurable and satisfying experience says the tummy and the brain.
