Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Corvallis

I have been here multiple times over the past few years and the service has not been great. Normally I’m not one to write poor reviews but I don’t know what their problem is here. Where I grew up the dutch bros workers have always been really friendly. In my experience not here. I see them chatting and acting friendly to cars but for some reason that’s not the case for me. I know I’m not owed a conversation but switching up your temperament per customer is weird. My car is not dirty other than some dog hair, I shower regularly I don’t know why it feels I’m treated differently here. I have some people anxiety and can be quiet but I’ve never been rude and always try to ask how they are back. Maybe this time it’s because I asked them not to give me pup cups because one of my dogs cannot have them and I have been given them without asking before. I don’t know. I only tipped them a dollar today because they were kinda unfriendly but I regret tipping at all really. I get people have bad days but it feels like most of the time coming here it is like this. The woman at the window kinda stared me down for way too long, before and after I got my drink and said nothing other than if I wanted to tip. I've never had a Dutch bros mess up a drink before.... twice. I ordered a strawberry horchata chai with soft top. The girl taking my order ensured me that it already comes with soft top. Cool. I get my drink and theres no soft top. We pull back around and it is now a guy taking orders. He was very nice and apologetic and once we got to the window the other guy just snatched the drink, poured soft top and handed it back without saying anything.... They also forgot the cinnamon sprinks on top but at that point I was just over it and figured it was much too difficult for them to make right. I shouldn't have...

I have been a loyal customer of Dutch bros since I can remember. Everyone is always very nice and it seems genuine. I live right next to one and have always like going there until recently. The last 2 days around this time I feel like I’m getting scripted conversations, very stuck up attitudes. I went in at 5:00pm today. No line and No Dutch Bros customer service either. Check your attitudes and listen to your customers when you ask what their up to that day instead of ignoring then and coming up with a response unrelated. Cause you really could care...
