Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Corvallis

Went to the Starbucks downtown Corvallis to pick up customer order it was poorly put together in the back which it leaked all over when I got to customers home. I went to the closer Starbucks to get order due to the other Starbucks posing a rotten disposition when I explained that it had dumped everywhere. They weren’t willing to offer assistance at first. The two ladies who helped me this morning were quick, thorough, professional and empathetic about the circumstances I was experiencing! Customer service is everything. Unfortunately I had terrible service and it makes me sad, like a coffee experience should be enjoyable and satisfying. I bought a iced caramel cloud the drink was okay.. I just can't get over how rude the batista was. I never write reviews but seriously little girl do you realize how many people will take your job and do a much better job than you? You brought immaturity and negativity into your work place and I hope you learn how to become a decent human being.. On our way back from Newport, she ordered a Cookie crumble and me, soy mocha with extra shot. Both 20 ounce (vente?) and blended. Got to the window and about a minute later, hers was ready. They asked me to pull around front and wait for mine. I'm guessing they messed it up and were making it right, because about 5 minutes later, the girl comes out with my drink. Was a little watery till I got it good and mixed up. For this reason, having to wait for my coffee, and the wait in line (nearly 15 minutes for three cars) I went down to 3 stars. ...
