I have always liked Burger King food over McDonald's; however, the customer service at Burger King has always been wanting when compared to it's competition. This particular BK took the franchise's shortcomings to a new level. My wife and child both ordered a Whopper value meal and were given the standard sizes to choose from, which they did. Upon receiving our food, my wife was examining the receipt, when she noticed that we were charged more than $7 each, but there was an ad on the window for what appeared to be the same meal for $5. When I inquired to the same person who took our order, he explained that the cheaper meal had a smaller soda and fries than the small ones ordered by my wife and son. The issue was we were never offered or made aware of the less expensive option. I do not blame the gentleman that took our order as I am sure he was doing what he had been trained to do. I do fault the training at this restaurant as it does not teach good customer service by encouraging employees to make customers aware of less expensive options similar to what the customer is looking for. The messed up part is, if good customer service had been practiced, Burger King would have lost about $5 in value meal sales, but gained about $20 in extra food sales as my family of 5 wanted dessert. Read moreThe store is filthy...there is raw plywood on front counter...floors window ledges and tables were disgusting....as we walked in ..we could see 2 employees...noone greeted us at counter...we were worried about missing breakfast and only had 7 min till the switch...the drive thru girl comes around corner with attitude and say im helping people that were here before u after I called out to see if someone would even had seen us. So then my husband walk in few minutes later and see a guy in the back and asks..(he's nice...nicer than I) is there anyone that is counterhelp? At this time this kid with nasty greasy hair and dirty fingernails comes out and says..do not scream at my employees .so by this time we are a little miffed by the customer service...Cameron the dirty kid is the GM so it says on his name tag. Then I figured it out..he was very flirty and inappropriate with the drive thru girl maybe his gf idk..but clearly this is why he came charging out of the back.. Id be embarrassed to own this Burger King with this type of employees..The absolute worst burger king experience in my 61 years. Read moreToday I went in and made a big order for a big household. The girl working the window was being very rude because of the fact it was a big order and it was a long line behind me. The line didn't start growing until after I already made my order. Her attitude made me extremely uncomfortable. Not wanting to embarrass the girl, I went home and called burger king to speak to manager and make a complaint. When I told the manager what happened, she bullfaced lied into the phone with a hostile attitude, "That conversation never occured, have a good day" and hung up on me. I made a complaint to corporate and the better business bureau and I WONT be going back. Customer service sucks there Everytime I go and I'm sick of feeling uncomfortable ordering food for my family.
