KFC — Restaurant in Corydon

I ordered a 2 piece dark meal and a liver meal. After going to window the guy handed me my drink and 2 piece meal and i was told to pull over to parking spot to wait for livers and that was fine but the guy who was at the window came out to my car and told me he had mixed up orders and had to get the food he gave me back but i really hadn't looked at what chicken was in the box while i was waiting i had took apart of the biscuit and ate it before he came out and told me of the mix up so he had me take the rest of the biscuit out and said he would be right back. Another girl came out with my order and when i got home they had not put a biscuit in the liver meal. I called and Told them and they said it was because i ate The other one out of the other box which at the time i thought was mine. Also my chicken i got the thigh barely had any meat on it. It was mostly all breading. I enjoy KFC but probably won't go back...

I ordered a 16 piece chicken dinner through the drive thru and was not given any sides. I do not live in the area. I was told they would not give me a refund but they would put my name in a book for the next time I visited the area. This is unacceptable in a drive thru as people travel on the Interstate and stop for food so if you don't get your order fulfilled correctly it's the same as theft because your being charged for products not received. The manager was laughing at the situation and did not provide a regional or district managers name and phone number to remedy the situation. I will never recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant. The service from the manager was unacceptable. The drive thru service was unacceptable and people are left with no resolve and...

A older gentlemen.dropped his drink, trying to hold on to his cane.part of his food went on the floor.what look , possibly what May have been the management.Rolled there eyes an disappeared into the back.My husband helped this mans, an his wife , to get another plate , an fill it. A young girl, had half heartedly.picked up the food from the floor.an spread the puddle of soda around the floor.an the put the wet floor sign out.another customer tried to help the man an his wife too.Not one of the staff, felt the need , to help.when we came in we , had a difficult time finding a clean table.
